This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. To begin with, the parking situation is terrible—there is no nearby parking, and I had no choice but to leave my car at Popeyes and carry a heavy package all the way to the store. I finally made it in at 6:24 PM, only to be met with hostility. The employee told me he had already closed both registers and refused to take my package.
I explained that I would have arrived earlier, around 6:10, if there had been parking available. Instead of showing any understanding, he responded rudely and aggressively, telling me he had been there since 9 AM and that “ you should have come at 4 or 5 PM.” His tone and demeanor made the whole situation unnecessarily unpleasant.
I left the store feeling disrespected, humiliated, and shocked at the lack of basic courtesy. After the effort it took to get there, the treatment I received was deeply hurtful and unprofessional.

Printed labels for 8 packages and dropped them off here yesterday, everything went flawlessly. Great guys working here!

This can be a very convenient store except on a Saturday- I went in at 2:55pm and the employees said they were closed. No response from them when I asked questions.

Had a legal document I needed to get notarized that required 2 witness signatures. Went in unsure how to do that. Besides the notary, there were 2 other employees (Thomas & Evan) there who agreed to be the witnesses. In and out in 5 minutes, document finalized with notary and signatures.

I've been coming to the DW Hwy location since UPS stopped servicing customers at the warehouses. I had to ship three thing......once again I walk in and am greeted with a energetic and friendly hello...I'll be right with you! My business was completed within ten minutes. As a small business owner I appreciate efficiency and loyalty. The staff at this location has certainly earned my loyalty and business.

Place is top notch. Only used this location for a mailbox but I imagine all the services are great based on my experience. Nick especially was kind, professional and went out of his way to make sure things were done right and you were happy. Highly recommend.

Able to get packaging done here. You don't have to do it yourself, which is great. Delivery to NY was fast, only 2 days.

Nick is awesome! He helped me with my shipping and was incredibly enthusiastic with all customers that walked in and he was very helpful. Definitely an asset. I highly recommend this place because of him. Friendly service and they are always incredibly helpful with all my shipping needs.

I tried to ship a prepaid package, back with UPS, at this UPS Store. First they block, with sets of orange cones, two prime parking spots for the UPS (Fed Ex and DHL) Delivery vehicles, with such a small sign that you can’t even read it! Where was I suppose to park then? I had to park (further away) , and then walk back, with my package back to the store! Then the nasty, tattooed (pierced) and badly blonde dyed, male employee verbally insulted me because I questioned this horrible parking policy? Then refused to take my package! Seriously I then drove to the local Staples, where I was treated with respect and that had plenty of parking spaces that I could walk from! Stay away from this store! Go elsewhere! If you have trouble with the adjoining Mexican restaurant customers using the front spots, don’t take that out on the rest of your potential customers!

they have stolen my package including two iphones 16 plus worth $2k. nobody care and give solutions for me. they haven't give deliver's number. they covered for thiers deceit. they never give compensation to me. thats crazy!
