As I sift through the reviews, I can see why I have an issue with this post office EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Anytime I mail something, it's routed through this office--and it sits there for a day. It comes in on Tuesday and is sent back out on Thursday. It doesn't matter when I mail it, it ALWAYS sits in this post office. I assumed they were short-staffed, but it seems they just don't care about their job. I'm often sending perishable items, and always send it priority mail. But this place delays everything by another day--what are we paying for, if you hold mail until you feel like sending it out again!?

I hate that this is my post office. I have literally went there seven times since I’ve moved here two years ago to have them update my address. I’ve done it online several times every time I go in there I get an attitude like I’m doing something wrong on my end I submit the information and then they update right? You would think my name still isn’t updated on line I gave up a few months back went in today to mail my a package and nothings changed the two men that wrk the front most days still there still miserable still rude!! It’s unfortunate that federal jobs come with all the benefits and perks and these people are still not friendly nor do they have any idea what good costumer service means. The

Some of the most incompetent workers and manager. Dont come here if you don’t have atleast 1 hour out of your day. They lose packages and claim they’re “in transit” for weeks between them & the facility 5 minutes away. The manager, Jim, has absolutely zero clue and won’t answer questions

The staff at the Nashua Post Office are at best uncaring and at worst incompetent. My wife went to change her name here and they told her she had to have her birth certificate changed. Total nonsense. Also if your passport appointment is the last of the day and you are more than 5 minutes late, they will lock the door on you and refuse to let you in. I am not anti-public service, but stuff like this is exactly why people hate going to the post office or DMV. It's your job to be better. Would recommend anyone in the Southern NH region to use the Manchester Post Office if possible as they have better availability and the staff there actually give a you-know-what.

I originally got my PO box here because I could check it 24 hours a day and it was safer than where I lived at the time. Since January 2024, the hours for the PO box lobby have been drastically reduced. Today, I went to check my mail 20 minutes before they were supposed to close the lobby and they were closed.
Please bring back 24 hrs access to PO boxes.

There’s a guy who was very rude to my boyfriend. Stating he “hates massachusetts people and don’t they have post offices in Ma” why should it matter. Beyond heated this guy shouldn’t be working here. Tall white going bald that’s why you’re losing your hair and wake up mad everyday.

Absolutely the rudest person ever to answer the phone for any business especially for a government run post office why is this woman the person answering the phone she should be fired and judging by the other posts on this site everyone else thinks the same
