Matthew was pleasant professional courteous and patient with this 77 year old trying to navigate switching over all family phones an ipad and a new watch.
If I were hiring for someone with his human relations skills, real customer service attitude and attention to detail, I would hire Matthew.
Wonderful experience. He took the stress away from the experience.

First time visiting this location! I was highly impressed thank you to Matthew who had helped me with all of my questions and concerns. He had exceeded all of my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the answers that I had came in looking for I will definitely be going back to him with anything else in the future!!

Me and my Boyfriend went to Verizon to switch from T-Mobile. The Staff Hannah helped us out and got everything done quick as I had to go to work right after , got us a great plan with a lot of services and perks, highly recommend going to that store as they help quickly to get everything done

Boycout this store. They offered $2,000 more a month to squeeze out the business that was here before. They were there 15 years. And they were a very important store called Good Deed Electronics. Thankfully they still have a location in Lowell MA. But stay away from Verizon, they are about corporate greed.
