This is intended for Verizon Home Fios Internet Corporate Customer Service. Wherever that is! A customer of Verizon for 10+ years, and every time I have to call I am misled and left paying more money. I called to have a service tech come to move a hardwired router. I was asked 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my equipment or my plan. I declined stating we were not having any issues with the current and did not want to pay more. The tech arrives with ALL NEW equipment in hand. He proceeded to tell me they no longer service the equipment I had so I have no choice. I was NEVER told this by any of the 3 agents I spoke with who tried to sell me an upgrade. His replacement of my equipment made the internet extender I OWNED no longer compatible and they refused to replace it for free even though I was misled about the intent during the visit. He tells me if I take my old equipment to a local store to be shipped back, a credit will be issued - LIE - the store does not deal with billing. The supervisor, Ms. Alback, that I spoke with makes it sound like I should be grateful I have new equipment, and that there is nothing she can do, I have to live with it and now pay more to get what I already had. She states it is their right to replace equipment whenever they want and I have no say. Clearly, she does not understand customer satisfaction or how to be a reputable company that does not mislead its customers. I have been a director of customer service for years, there is always something you can do if you want to make it right with the customer especially when the customer has been misled again! I do not know how these companies are allowed to treat customers this way knowing if you want internet they leave you with little choice for change. Judging from the 1.09 rating on the BBB they don't care and no one plans to change their less-than-honest tactics. It is wrong in so many ways. Telling me you are sorry after the fact without any kind of resolution except "deal with it" or "ok if you cancel your service" is just another lie. Doing nothing to stop the years of dishonest practices makes each of them incompetent in their jobs.

Raphael was awesome and extremely helpful! First thing he did when I came in to upgrade was look to see what offers I qualify for! Ended up getting the new Samsung watch also with my upgrade, deals on deals! No pushy sales to buy accessories even though he did ask me if I needed a case, screen protector etc. Raphael gets 10/10 for the entire experience!

Brenda the manager was extremely helpful today. She was greeting customers as they entered the store, logged in their requests, and handled the complicated ones(like mine) very quickly. Very professional, very well done!

They recommend me to Asurion in seabrooke newhampshire which was trash, nothing against Verizon it's self but they recommended me to a trash ahh phone fixing place

A true mess. We pick up an order for LTE Home Internet. Order number and « phone number » provided…. Minutes after waiting they give us the LTE Modem with a new order number and a new LTE phone number for home internet ….. and wrong plan, wrong billing…Why… mess: in Verizon account like we did 2 orders we get charged for 2 LTE home Internet services……. mess after mess we cancel we make a 2nd order online to pick up Modem…. Guess what another mess this time 3 lines…This store tries to steal orders and they create a new one so looks like they made the sale or just this mess is normal for everyone…???Verizon support online helped and is pretty much « WTF happened here »….

Not a fan of this place - twice I just wanted to talk to someone about my bill and getting it lower and not only do they waste your time not knowing how anything works, but they just give you a number to call that won't do anything either - Definitely the push I needed to see what AT&T or TMobile offer instead - I was a Verizon customer for 20 years - who cares I guess

We came to this location to pick up a new phone. Brenda helped us, and she was very friendly, polite, and professional. She greeted us when we came in the door, and let us know she would be with us in just a moment. When she brought us our phone, she took the time to ask us if we needed any additional accessories and she offered some examples. We didn’t need anything else, and so we were in and out in about 90 seconds. It was a good experience.

My Fiancé and I went to Verizon last week to inquire on upgrading our phones, we met with Cruz who did a great job getting us set up with the new phones and bettering our existing plan. He even went out of his way to get my fiancé his phone from another store as they had none in stock. Cruz has exceptional customer service and definitely deserves recognition for that!

They do not honor their in store advertised prices. They wait till your at check out to change what they are charging. Read what you are buying. I got lucky and noticed the up charge.

I usually enjoy this store, but I had a recent experience on 4/10/23 that left me feeling icky. I went in to get a new phone, and an older sales rep with funky body odor stepped up to help. He kept calling the phone I was buying my "new baby" and did not explain the buying process at all. He made a BIG deal about picking out the color of the phone, but didn't even ask how many gigabytes of storage I wanted. He automatically added a screen protector and charger to my purchase without asking, and the charger is faulty (unstable connection). When it was time to open the box, he placed a knife with a dirty handle in the box and told me to "push" to open it. I politely said no. He insisted. I said no again. He told me to push again. I finally had to say "I said no, I'm setting a boundary". He just said "Okay, that's interesting." then passive aggressively finished the transaction in silence. He also tried to transfer my old phone's data to my new phone without explaining what he was doing. Thankfully I caught on, because I did not want to be surrounded by his body odor any longer than I needed to. If you go here, just avoid this guy, unless you want a smelly midwife for your phone, aka your "new baby."

Kinda disappointed with Verizon's effort to push more expensive services when all we came in to do was learn about the company's offer to do a "even-steven" trade of a used Samsung Note 9 for the new Samsung S23. Which was, of course, fine, but then we also got from the salesperson what seemed like a virtual shell game of options that, at the bottom-line, would have increased our monthly bill by a whopping 50%. This comes within a hair's breath of being a bait-and-switch ploy. So, this was obviously more than a simple trade, but also a means to get us come into the store (the "bait"). Since we were not dissatisfied with the performance and quality of our Note 9 phones, prudence required us to walk away this time. I get it that this is how businesses may try to improve their bottom line and be profitable, but come on! Your customers are smarter than this.

Legit would leave 0 stars if possible. Came in at 5:30 and instantly the employee rudely states how they close at 6pm. I told him I just needed to pick up some orders and he said it would "take too long." I responded saying the orders are ready for pickup right now and shouldnt take more than a minute to grab and hand to me and since the store was open for another half hour there should be zero issues. He then proceeded to get aggressive and threatened me to leave. I told him I would go nowhere since I had not received the product I paid for. Another employee eventually came and brought me the items and when I asked for the first employees name he said "he didn't know" and another employee chimes in with "he doesn't legally have to tell me his name."Very rehearsed responses (I assume this store has had legal issues before) and were scared of more complaints. Upon calling Verizon they entirely brushed off everything I said and it never went any further. Upon leaving I even said "this is the worst customer service I have ever received" and the original guy legitimately said that he did not work in customer service... Not only rude but exceptionally stupid as well. I'm literally like the last person to leave a nasty review cause some people have off days and I get that but this was beyond anything id ever experienced in a store. Avoid this place like a plague in Europe.

if you’re going to this store for help TURN AROUND. Never been so disrespected in my life. They told me incorrect information 3 times. I was a new customer and they took advantage. Awful. They denied assistance after I corrected them with information. The man helping me hung up the phone with customer service and told me they were not going to help me. Please save your energy for a store that is willing to help you. Please don’t hire people that don’t want to put any effort.
