Walked in around 4:45. A very capable employee was training someone very new. I bought a new phone and got a new number making the transaction a little more complicated. 85% of the process was done by 5 when the trainer had to leave. The poor new employee struggles until after they'd locked the doors at 6 before one of the two sales guys or the manager asks him if he wants help. They 100% just let him struggle. It took almost two hours to buy a new phone and the team work was embarrassing to watch after the trainer left. The woman who was training should be running that store.

She cba helping me, literally said "go somewhere else", after spending a long time on hold with tech support for the previous customer making sure they were all set.?

My daughter needed another phone and the Staff and Annabelle were so helpful and made the process easy. I would definitely recommend going there.

Arrived at store to do a quick upgrade. Told we would not be helped because there were others ahead of us. We arrived 30 min before closing to prevent this. It's not the first time the associates at this location have been rude to us, but it will be the last.

Got 3 brand new phones and after asking several times for them to set them up I just kept getting told I could do it at home so got sold 3 brand new phones and pushed out without them working then spent 3 hours at home with tech support trying to get the phones activated Zack who helped us didn't listen to me at all thanks for the aggravation will never go to that store again

I recently had 5 plus hours with Verizon prepaid customer service online, at home, trying to upgrade from my Verizon Phone 6 plus to a Verizon iPhone 8 plus. Multiple calls and unbelievably frustrating. Something that should have taken 5 minutes, porting my Verizon account and number to the new phone, ended up a nightmare. Anyways - went into this store and they hooked me up in......FIVE minutes! Activated and out the door. Allen the manager was fantastic. Lesson learned - boots on the ground I guess.5 solid stars.

Dude with the fade didn’t want to work after 6:35 so he told me his machines were down, which I didn’t believe for a second. Don’t come after 6:30, they probably won’t want to work.

I was a walk in. Kenny was professional, patient, courteous and took care of all my needs. I left with a new phone, and some accessories, the happiest I've ever been after buying a new phone. Usually have buyers remorse BUT he allowed me to look at and use all the phones I was interested in to see if they were what I wanted and also what I needed. He kept track of all the phones I looked at, what I liked and didn't like as we walked around. FYI they don't work on commission. He even let me check the sound which is important to me, turned all the way up. I am enjoying my new phone very much. They will make sure that you will have all that you need and are happy when you leave the store. In my opinion, based on years of experience, always go to a Verizon store not an independent authorized dealer. If you can, go to this location, you won't regret it.

I went in late on a Saturday afternoon after experiencing problems with my Google Pixel and I did not expect they would be able to do much for me however Allen was extremely quick, helpful and kind and in just a few minutes resolved the issue I was having. He sets the bar very high for customer service and retail sales and even though I don't review places often I wanted to take a minute to thank him for his help!
