Went to get my glasses for the first time and they told me I can get 3 pairs and it’s covered by my insurance. Now I am getting a bill because my insurance allows only 2 pairs. They made mistake and I have to pay for it. I only need glasses for reading. Never going there again and would never recommend it to anyone

Definitely would recommend to friends and family, from the friendly doctors and staff, everyone was attentive and listen to my needs and concerns. Christine was able to help me find the perfect glasses, and thats no short of a miracle since im such an indecisive person. Vision works is the best place I have gotten my glasses since wearing them for 60 years. Associate works for you to get the most for your dollar. Very knowledgeable of his profession.Recommend going to Visionworks for your glasses

The staff at this location was fantastic! From the check in, to the optometrist (Dr. Patel) to my customer service assistant (Christine), the staff had an upbeat and positive attitude! It made my visit more enjoyable. Christine was so patient and helpful with me trying to pick out glasses and going over rebates and discounts available. When it came to picking out frames, she LISTENED to my preferences and when I had an overwhelming number of frames picked out to try, she helped to narrow down my choices! Customer service was on point!My only complaint about my visit was that there should have been more staff on, to assist the dozen or so customers that came in during my visit. It looked like the staff was spread pretty thin and probably could have used another Customer service associate or two.

Great place for glasses. Christine did a great job getting my order taken care of after Dr. Patel spent alot of time making sure my prescription was perfect and explained everything to me.

Everyone was absolutely great. Vicki, Christine and Dr. Patel, were who worked with me. I learned a LOT about vision, past and present. As a former pro athlete, who's taken many eye exams, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. Great knowledge and great customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Patel sorry if spelled it wrong is always pleasant and friendly. She has a great personality. All the girls that work there are always friendly and helpful! Chris is one of the best there. She’s always in a great mood and makes feel comfortable and welcomed. Great place and great pricing for no insurance! Highly recommend. Thanks guys see ya next year!?

My appointment started right on time. The doctor, as well as all the staff out front were all willing to answer my questions and help me make the best out of my two different insurances to cover my glasses most affordable. They made sure I chose the pair that was not just affordable but that fit me properly and I was comfortable in.Thank you!Kim

Everything was perfect, from arranging my appointment online, to the wonderful receptionist Vicky, to my eye exam with the optometrist, and then choosing my frames/glasses with Shawn. I've been wearing glasses/contacts for almost 30 years, and I was skeptical about making my appointment at first, never went to an eye chain clinic before, and I lived in 4 different states. However, they were the only ones who accepted my insurance in the Nashua area. I’m so pleased I came, this is one of the best interactions I’ve had. Very professional and awesome customer service!

I had an exceptional visit at Vision Works! Absolutely everything was 5 stars! From the ease of making my appointment, to the extremely caring and helpful employee named Sean who made choosing and fitting my new glasses a breeze and the wonderful eye exam with Dr. Patel, who put me at ease and explained everything we did! I'm a Vision Works customer for life!!
