This pharmacy is the slowest, most understaffed, complacent. Everyone has a so...so "I don't care" attitude. Very poor service to the residence of Nashua. Walgreens used to be a leader!!!! Today the poster child of slow, and poor service.

eived a call about medications that needed to be picked up. The technician was very kind. I had a question about a prescription that was marked (under review) online. I kindly asked if I could speak to the pharmacist and was placed on hold.
When the pharmacist picked up she was abrupt, “hello Irene, your prescription is first on back order, but, we cannot fill it because it is too high a dose”
I explained that I have been on said prescription for very many years and was never told this. I have had it filled there before but it was never in stock so I usually go to a pharmacy in Dracut. My physician accidentally sent it to the wrong pharmacy.
The pharmacist then very rudely told me that, “You have NEVER HAD THAT PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE BEFORE!” She refused to hear anything I tried to say. I did ask her if she checked her PDR which she said NO. I tried to let her know it was in fact a correct dosage!
This is the LADT TIME I WILL GO THROUGH THIS PARTICULAR PHARMACY! I will transfer to a different pharmacy! Since when did a pharmacist not do their due diligence and act like the doctor doesn’t matter! They are not prescribers! This medicine was not conflicting nor had any interactions with any other medicine.
Someone needs to re-educate this pharmacist on professional behavior that is bordering verbal abuse!

Called in a prescription that the Dr increased the dose on, so it was early. I wait all day for some notice that it's ready. I finally go to the app and it says CANCELLED. No notification to me. When I called, they said I have to call the MD for a new script. Did I mention this 3PM on a Friday? Switching pharmacies!!

No email and no notification that the pharmacy all of a sudden closes at 8. I’m a teacher with a SECOND job and I try to get here before 9 to get my 3 sometimes 4 prescriptions and now… they aren’t even open past 8. Walgreens you realize there are more and more people in the world that have to work 2 jobs RIGHT? But guess what the cvs ACROSS the street their pharmacy is open til 9 and the closest rite aid, their pharmacy closed at 9. After I pick up these prescriptions, I’m switching to another pharmacy. I’m 36 and have used Walgreens for over 20 years. Way to not think about the customer but instead think about your bottom line.

Great location and store. The service is terrible. Don't try to call the pharmacy, they will just leave you on hold for ever. They close the pharmacy on days that they are supposed to be open but leave the phone lines open with people waiting. They take appointments but have nobody there. Spoke to the regional manager who was full of apologizes but here we are again 1 hour on wait in the phone. Had to go to the store and wait there too. Instead of finishing answering why the phone bots have called to tell me there is something with no explanation holding up my prescription they go work on others. Now, the computer isn't working. Fix your information systems and hire staff.

Vet called in the night before to make sure prescription would be there in the morning but when I got there in the morning they didn’t have it in the system. After taking to the vet she called them back and said that she spoke to the same person she spoke to the night before and they said they just didn’t put it in because it was almost closing time. So that cost a lot of extra time because we also had to wait for the pharmacist to be back to fill the prescription. Then I asked if they could run it through a discount card like they did at CVS to save some money and they wouldn’t do it even though CVS did it, and the drugs cost basically double.

The manager of this Walgreens apparently has made it his choice to not sell anyone Insulin syringes with out a prescription. My brother take insulin and he didnt have anything to administer it to himself with.This is extremely dangerous and wrong. Luckily he wasn't in dire need at the moment but they need to be told they can't restrict who is sold these medical essentials. Even if there being used for drugs they would be clean and sanitary. Instead of making everyone turn to alternative methods.

This walgreens sucks! No emotion from employees I mean if you hate your job quit!!! Then give false information on when your meds can be filled just to pass it onto another and lastly refusing to fill a prescription faxed from a Dr's office unless you give them paperwork from your Dr from a different walgreens because your doctor accidentally sent it there is beyond!!! Will never be back will never recommend them and really hope they do a mass layoff!

Angela is an angel. Walgreens is our neighborhood pharmacy and we have been with them for years and years. Recently they were out of a very necessary medicine. We had an immediate need and Angela went the extra distance to hook us up with another pharmacy in the area that could fill the prescription. Thank you so much Angela and Walgreens.
