Remi, the owner, is a scam artist and total scumbag. Tries to sell used equipment promising a warranty which the manufacturer will not honor. Also lies about pricing and warranties on expensive brand new equipment. Lies and scams, through and through.

XP-Electronics was sent by Best Buy to fix my 2 year old LG washer. The previous company they sent was terrible so I was expecting the same bad service from XP but I was pleasantly mistaken. The technician, Guy, came to my home on time the first day and diagnosed the issue and come up with a solution... ordered parts... and a week later I had a perfectly running washer- that was it. Guy was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The last company came out 3 times and could care less. I highly recommend XP-Electronics. Guy was fantastic.

I only gave one star because it said it wouldn't publish anything unless I gave a star. This has no Right being a business whatsoever. The woman that answers the phone in there her name begins with S is the rudest and most condescending person. We had made arrangements for them to come out to our home twice, not only did they never show up but they never called to say that they could not come. So we wasted two vacation days waiting for them to come. When I called to complain and to get some kind of an explanation the woman's attitude was so condescending and she started to yell at me I told her to stop being rude to me and she hung the phone up on me. If this is how these folks do business, no thanks. There are many other places with people who know how to be a business owner and how to treat their customers

These guys are the best! My Thermador oven fixed in 1 week. When you buy top-of-line appliances in west Boston you expect immediate service, but my original vendors refused to service, then said "we can come in 2 months." It was my lucky day when Thermador Manufacturing recommended XP Electronics as being premier service providers. If you live in Boston, don't wait for service for months, call Remy and Guy. They will treat you timely, responsively, professionally and have your appliances back to use quickly. Thank you XP.

Overall we had a very good, by-the-book experience. Will definitely be calling them back if we need more help in the future.We lost a burner on our LG stove. We got a call back within one or two business days after filling out the contact form on the site. Someone came out to look at it a day or two after that. The problem was identified and a replacement part ordered. After the part arrived, it was only another day or two before they came back to install it. Everything's now back to normal. Very fast turnaround, especially at a time when many people are booking weeks out or flat out missing appointments.LG's pricing on replacement parts, however, I have less positive opinions on... (but I'm confident XP charged me fairly for it)

This company is unprofessional and I hope Loews drops it business from you!!! Took time off for a scheduled appointment that THEY confirmed for Tues the 9th! Hours were 8 to 5pm. NO SHOW NO CALL!!! Stayed home Wednesday hoping they would come. AGAIN NO SHOW NO CALL! I WOULD NEVER USE YOU AND ILL TELL ALL I KNOW NOT TO USE YOU EITHER! SHAMEFUL

This company is listed in Panasonic website as an authorized service center for microwave ovens. When I called them they told that they cannot take my microwave because that are in the middle if the move and that they don't know when they will be able to take it. I asked is it weeks or months to wait until they can rake it. They told that they don't know. How is that possible? If this is such a long process to move they should have notification on their website, but they don't. Either they were not honest and simply don't want to bother with my microwave or have bad organization or both. On any case this is unprofessional.
