I stop by there every few days to pick up a few things. They're always super nice and they have exactly what I want.

This store is great with friendly people running it. Only downside is it is cramped.

Overpriced and impatient, about what you'd expect from an independently owned corner store in town. The guy working the register, likely the owner's family, treated me like I was wasting his time.
