I'm a new customer here. Scott's the owner and he's the one working on my car. I got the big job of needing the oil pan gasket replaced on my 535.
Well he gave me a great price for this unreal job, and as wild as it is for me to see what has to be done, Scott has put my nerves at ease knowing it's getting done right, and I'm not exaggerating ! I can text with them and he sends me photos, and discusses anything that may come up while he does the job. I love that. I put up this review while the car is still being worked on cause I'm that excited about how well it's going 💪
I've additionally had them replace the water pump, thermostat, engine mounts and install the Turbo Smart BOV.

They have been servicing my r53 mini Cooper since I moved to the area. This particular car is my family's pride and joy. We've had it forever and while it's getting older now and starting to show its age they don't judge. It had been serviced at the mini dealership it's entire life and I wish I'd found this garage sooner. They're always pleasant to talk to, honest and upfront, they do great work and set very reasonable expectations as far as price and turnaround Time. They seem to always be busy and it's for good reason, I don't think you can beat the quality and price for the European car repairs. 100% best dealer service alternative.

Scott always discusses what's to be done and gives me options. The work is fantastic there's never a call back on anything he does because he takes the car up personally and test drives it. He's put in coil springs for me he always does a multi-point check when he does an oil change. Any repairs he gives me a total estimate before we start. I couldn't ask for anything more. This guy is great. He's worked on several of my cars over the years and keeps this one in top condition for me.
