Called to ask about how to access our last year's tax file remotely and was interrupted, insulted for 10 minutes, then hung up on before I could even ask the entire question. He then emailed my husband to let him know that after speaking with me he was no longer interested in doing our taxes. Intimidated by women much? All in all, good riddance.
