“The employees are great. The company itself needs a major overhaul. What's the reason for tracking when deliveries are 90% late. My package will sit in Nashua for a whole day before being shipped to Vermont and then back to NH again. Doesn't seem very efficient and I can't see how USPS saves money this way but whatever.”
“With everything going on with the USPS these days (cut backs, Covid, delays, etc), my package being no exception, except for the quick response from an email that I sent to USPS.
