Charming, cosy, and lovely little hotel. The owners were great and the room was so clean and welcoming. The perfect place to spend a week relaxing, loved the enclosed porch which provided a great place to watch the lake in all it's moods and lighting. Will definitely be returning! Thank you for making the week so relaxing!

A retro motel that has been totally updated - bathroom, bedroom, Roku tv, with a great screened in porch view of the lake, near the state park, driving close to restaurants. Zi ggys pizza down the road was the best pizza we've had in years. Room was super clean, fridge,.park right in front of your room. And you cannot beat the price! It was fun to stay in a place like this again, brought back memories and I give them such credit for how they updated it so nicely. Comfortable king bed.

I needed a room while dealing with a difficult situation, the owners were more than generous. They provided a last minute reservation that I was able to extend mid weekend after a few days of staying there. They are extremely hospitable and help their guests with almost any need that arise’s related to your stay. The prices are lower than almost everything around, the view is phenomenal, and any questions you have will more than likely be able to be answered by the owners. This small business provided a great customer experience and if I ever need a room again they will be the first people I call. Rooms are clean and tidy and the inn is very comfortable. Minutes from my sunapee and lake sunapee state park my recommendation doesn’t carry a lot of weight so check it out for yourself!

Beautiful lake views, very close to Sunapee State Park beach & Newbury town dock; good food in town; clean spacious room w/screened porch. Had a relaxing stay in the mountain air!

I just spent 4 nights here. The staff was friendly, accommodating and provided excellent service. The room was perfect. The bathroom was a little small, but it was very clean and served its purpose. The entire room was in immaculate condition and beautifully decorated. The king size bed, was so comfy. I must admit, I spent a lot of my time on my screened in balcony, either watching all the lake activities or quietly reading a book. I had a friend stop by for a day visit. They enjoyed the entire ambiance of this charming property so much that they will be booking a few nights. I will definitely be recommending this inn to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay with excellent views. This inn, is rated 1 star. In no way is this place 1 star, I give it 5 stars!!!!!
As for me, I will be back in the fall.

Don’t see how this place is a “1-star” hotel.
I would give this 5 stars just for the blankets themselves. Way better than crappy hotel blankets.
We came in at night, so didn’t know what we would be looking at in the morning. We woke up to this (in the video) which was insane.
Owner is super friendly and plowed the road for us before we woke up so we could go skiing.
Decently sized and pretty cozy.
Microwave, coffee maker and fridge was awesome.
Good price for what you get.

I randomly picked this place online while looking for a getaway.
My bestie and I went for one night.
The rooms on the top floor have a screened in private deck and that is the main reason I picked this room.
Beautiful view of the lake!
Very peaceful and the room was super clean
Well maintained outdoor area as well
As soon as we pulled up an owl flew into the tree in front of the car, very cool and it seemed to solidify I picked the right place ❤️
With tax the room was $139.97, two extra large twin beds
The bathrooms are small, but clean.
I called the Inn direct me to book this room 3 weeks prior and the check-in was a quick and easy process.
5 mi from a few different choices of places to eat/Mount sunapee State Park / Beach / Adventure center
We walked from our room to the local Salt Hill Pub, it took maybe 7 minutes.
I am very happy with the choice we made for this room/location

Delightful lake motel. We were in room #1 and it was more than adequate for our needs, which consisted of having a place to hang our hats at the end of a beach day at the state park just down the road. We had a screened in porch with a lovely view of the lake and the dinner cruise boats coming and going each evening. The bathroom was on the tiny side but the entire room was incredibly clean. One suggestion I would make is bring an insulated cooler with ice for evening cocktails. The ice machine is located in the office which is locked and I didn't feel comfortable ringing the bell at 8:00 p.m. Cindy and Steve were very friendly in my limited interactions with them and it's obvious they take great pride in their property. Would not hesitate to stay here again at all and we're already planning a return trip next summer. Thanks Cindy and Steve!

This hotel has a beautiful view of lake Sunapee and is very close to the state park beach. The rooms are small, but well appointed and clean. The bathrooms are also very small. However, the service is excellent. We had great weather and were able to get to the beach and nearby towns quickly and easily.

Rented a room the view was awesome the room was nice but there was stuff on the bed covers and not sure what it was in the bath but something was in the floor pinching. But it still was a nice place.
Noteworthy details: Just have a coffee and looking out the window or sit on the little porch and take in the view.

Great little family-run inn that is a superb value for the area. No frills but very clean and well run. Close enough to Mt. Sunapee (1-2 minutes) and some local eateries to be very convenient. Great views of Lake Sunapee, too.

Fun Fall getaway on the shores of beautiful Lake Sunapee. The inn and room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, value, and comfort. The room was modern and homey with great amenities. The lake views are spectacular and only minutes away from Mount Sunapee. Thank you Steve and Cindy for a memorable stay.
