But we saw a young gentleman and a woman who helped us purchase the bed frame and the mattress. We were very pleased based on the information that Sharon had given us!”

“Such a better experience than your typical big-box mattress or furniture store. When we walked in, we were greeted by Tom and his relaxed, easygoing nature, which was a refreshing change from other mattress stores where salespeople seem to rush over simply to make a commission.
Tom was clearly knowledgeable about his products and confident in his recommendations, but we never felt pressured or pushed toward a purchase. Instead, he started by asking what type of sleep experience we were looking for and then guided us through options that fit our preferences.
We were specifically looking for an organic mattress and wanted to try one in person before buying. Most of the other stores we visited only had a single option. Clean Bedroom's business model is centered around providing those healthier, organic choices, and the selection reflected that.
We ultimately purchased a Naturepedic mattress and later decided we wanted to swap out some of the layers. Tom gladly took the time to discuss the issues we were experiencing and walked us through the options he recommended and then helped with the layer swap. That level of service and post-purchase support is something you simply don't get at most mattress stores.

He was pleasant, knowledgeable, put us at ease (as we initially thought the place was a scam) and took his time to hear what my husband and I needed for support and comfort in our mattress.
