It is described as compact, with traffic and pedestrians sharing the space, creating a somewhat dangerous environment. Parking and pathways for pedestrians are not well designed, making it difficult and sometimes unsafe to walk or drop off family, especially during thunderstorms when walking between stores is challenging. The lack of covered walkways means shoppers often had to run through rain, and store placement can hide the theater from view, adding to the confusion. Despite these drawbacks, many find the selection of shops appealing, and the area is generally considered a nice place to visit. It can be crowded on weekends, but on quieter days, it offers a good variety of shopping and dining experiences.
