The Watch Stop offered battery changes, repairs and adjustments with great service and reasonable pricing. Customers say fantastic service from a friendly owner who offered to add or remove a link and to put a link back if needed. The shop fixed bracelet adjustment on a Tag Heuer watch with quick and flawless service and staff are extremely professional. One year warranty on new battery and a kiosk area remaining a tenured business at the mall. Ring cutting and watch press service are done with great care and in about two seconds. Staff are fantastic and confident and many customers say they will be happy to return for future service.
Stopped in for a minor repair of an old Citizen watch. (Clasp was bent.) Rick quickly fixed it and refused payment as he set things right in about 60 seconds. Super personable, professional, and helpful. It's great to have another craftsman in the area. Thanks Rick!!!
