“I tried to get an apt today to get my studded snow tires off in the Seabrook NH location but Cory was booked there so I called this location in Newington and Joe was very helpful. Said he would make it happen for me to come in. Whatever time would work for me he said he would charge me the same price as Seabrook and actually charged me a dollar less than the other location in Seabrook and Dave was able to take off my snow tires and put on, my all season tires in like 15 minutes I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be coming back here to have my snow tires put back on in the winter. Joe and Dave took a great care of me. Would give them 10 stars if I could! Great Customer Service!!”
“I was driving to the local area for an appointment and received a tire pressure warning on my car. I called Town Fair to see if they could take a look at my car at 4:45 p.m. and they made it happen to help me on short notice despite it being end of day so that I could drive home safely. Luckily it was an easy repair and they got me in and out within an hour. Chuck at the desk was friendly offered great service. Thank you Town Fair!”

A friend of mine who has dealt with Hampton Ford for many years suggested that I deal with Jimmy Dexter at the Wholesale outlet that Hampton Ford/Hyundai owns next door to the Ford store. “After being “jerked around” at Lou’s Custom Exhaust down the street, I stopped by today to inquire about getting a catalytic converter replacement performed on my 2013 Volvo. Mike was gracious and accommodating. I hope we can land on a reasonably priced solution and timeframe over the next few days. Better still was one of Mike’s colleagues whom I did not get the name of. He was highly professional and kind. He noticed in my passing through that my vehicle was missing a lug bolt. He immediately handed me a socket wrench with the correct socket size so that I could tighten the remaining bolts (all four remaining bolts needed to be tightened on the wheel that was missing one!). Other remarks that he made gave me the impression that he, Mike, and the overall business operates with high integrity. Impressive!”

“Had a great experience at this location. I bought new tires for my car since I do a lot of driving. James was very patient with helping me pick the right tire for my driving style. When I went in, I asked them if they did oil changes and if there was time, if they could do it for me. James said they will do their best to do the oil change. This was a very busy day and said I’d come back for the oil change. James and Dylan did the change anyways and it was so appreciated.From ordering and picking my new tires with the James to installation of my new tires with Dylan. These two gentleman went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be coming back with my family’s cars in the future.”

“Came in last night needing 4 new tires for my Subaru after a flat, the manager Jo was unbelievable, the customer service she provided was outstanding. She made me feel safe having to drive on my spare for an extra day, made sure all tires were filled and safe to go while being personable. That was my biggest concern. She eased my worries and that’s all anyone asks for when dealing with the headache of cars. the tires were ready this morning, I was able to go in and be served within the hour that I got there. The technician was fast, efficient and helpful Emily helped check me out and she was incredible throughout that process. 10/10 service. Treated me like a real person and not a sale. “My car broke down in Portsmouth this week and I rolled it into a parking spot for the night. I usually get my car maintenance done by my house and so I don't have a relationship with any of the garages in Portsmouth. I started calling garages in the morning to see who could take me and was surprised to find most were booked out 2-4 weeks. 2 Brother's agreed to take my car and fix it within a week, which is the timeline I really needed it fixed in. And the good news is they actually got to it that day and had me on the road by 4pm! I'm so grateful for their service, which also happened to be fairly priced and friendly. “Excellent service and willingness to work with you as a customer! I had a pair of Treadwright Crawler M/T tires that I wanted to mount and balance on the front of my Dodge Ram 3500. Calling around the area, most shops were either too small to handle my truck or weren't willing to work with the tires I had already purchased (and which are also both excellent tires and matched my rear tires). Davies mounted and balanced and performed an alignment and the whole process was simple, straightforward, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended, especially if you want to supply your own tires!”
