With an appointment set up, I drove down from Portland, Maine and met Ali in person. A few hours later I drove home in my new Hyundai at a great price with a fair trade in value. The car was detailed and the extras that McFarland included, most notably the 3 years, 36k of service and exterior protective coating, helped to seal the deal. “Took my Camaro in for alignment at the stratham location and they discovered a brake caliper missing a bolt. At first glance it appeared I would need a new caliper but after the guys took it apart and inspected it only needed bolts replaced. They called me over, I was invited into shop while my car was on the lift, I clearly saw what needed to be addressed. Very professional and respectful team. I felt I was in honest hands and it was very refreshing experience. They not only took care of the alignment but discovered a critical issue and corrected it while saving me some money. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend and will be a regular customer moving forward.”

“10/2026-Bad week for my daily driver and camper van. My car had a coolant leak. I called to schedule a service and they looked at my car that day and called me 30min after dropping it off with an estimate. The next day the starter in my van died. They called me at 8am with an estimate and it was done by 10am.
9/2024-Exceptional service and reasonable prices. It's hard to find a shop that can work on a high top camper van but Sullivan came through. I needed an alignment BAD and they fixed it right up, rotated the tires, and changed the oil.”

“We had a tire blow out around 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. A friend grabbed my spare tire from my shop, but it wasn’t mounted on a rim, so I called Monro around 5:00 to see whether they could swap the damaged tire for the replacement.
They told me to come in at 5:30, even though they closed at 6:00. They got right to work and had me back on the road by 5:45.
They charged a fair $50 and even replaced the valve stem after the TPMS sensor was accidentally damaged. No attitude, no hassle, and no making me feel like an inconvenience for showing up near closing time.
Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and an incredibly quick turnaround on a last-minute Saturday call. I really appreciated them helping us out when we were in a bind.”

“Mike and his team (of one) were so customer foreword that it was a breath of fresh air. Your call center kept sending in customers unaware of the work that was going on in the shop….2 men and 5 cars they are working on. That’s truly unrealistic odds.
