The store itself is nice and I have no complaints about it. However, literally EVERY single time I’m here, the cashiers are so rude. They never ask me how I’m doing or if I found everything okay, and they never smile or talk in a friendly voice. They’re all just so monotone. They don’t even say have a nice day half of the time. I get that customer service can burn you out and be tiring, I’ve been through it for years myself. But at the very least it would be nice if they had any kind of manners, especially when I’m very nice to them myself. I hope they can work on that

I saw Levi in the salon. He completely surpassed my expectations and gave me one of the best highlights I've ever had.
He is complete sweetheart too!
I cant recommend him enough!

Was asked to leave because I had my toddler in a small shopping cart. I figured they wouldn't kick someone out for bringing in a stroller (my stroller is MUCH larger than the shopping cart) but apparently they would.
And on Mother's Day, no less!
Anyway, you want my 3 year old contained while in Ulta. Trust me.

I went in to browse and came out w the makeup routine for the season! Carla spent a good amount of time with me, taking me around the store and making suggestions that would complement my skin tone and style! Great job, Carla! I’ll be back to shop! 😊💄

The salon here is wonderful. Levi is a fantastic stylist. He listens to what I want, and always does a great job. He is also great to talk to, so I'm not sitting in the chair bored. Pricing is fair, and I will return.

this for the salon but ever since i moved from detroit to portsmouth getting my hair done has been a monster. it’s always $350+. Id try paul mitchell the school but it was a risk everytime and i left with wet hair. BUT TODAY, LEVY!!!! Levy was honest with what he could do, and got 100% what i was talking about. Got me done in 3 hours, i look great, it was so cheap, even after that well deserved 20% tip it was only $150. im coming back. everyone at work this week better not play with me, i look too good
