“This wonderful store that features upcycled clothing is worth the visit. The work is done right there in the store! They take clothing that was headed to the dump and turn them into usable, cute clothing!”
“Fantastic antique clothing store! Everything was gorgeous and they had a huge selection for both men and women. All wonderfully curated and the person working was so incredibly kind and helpful! Found a beautiful dress and a blazer for what I feel were reasonable prices”
“If you want to experience the best in class of antiques and vintage, then this is your place. Don't waste your time at other so-called vintage shops. Every item in this store is carefully curated by a knowledgeable dealer who offers some of the rarest in pop culture, MCM, and turn-of-the-century oddities. Fairly priced, and wow, what an experience! Step back in time and visit. You will not be sorry.”
“The negative reviews are beyond ridiculous. There’s a reason why the store has been busy since day one, just give it a visit, You will love it. They also sell many designer items that have been authenticated. Prada, Gucci, Chanel. Ect.”
“There is so much buzz and excitement about Decades in NH! Even those of us in MA make the trip, and it so worth it! Make the trip, enjoy the experience, find truly one of a kind treasures, you will LOVE it! I wish I could provide 20 stars~!”
“Wonderful work and attention to detail! Appreciate the thought, conversation and planning along the way and flexibility with some last minute adjustments to make the bathroom just right. Custom Collectibles wealth of known, skill and resources make them the perfect fit for any project. You’re hired for my next bathroom remodel!”
“Such a wonderful consignment store right up the road from the main shopping area. Worth the trip: great quality women's and children's clothing and accessories. Reasonable prices and super nice and helpful owner.”
“I’ve had great experiences both shopping and selling with Esta. Vicky is pleasant to work with, a smart and warm woman who carefully curates the items in her store. Almost every item I’ve consigned has sold for a decent price and I happily take store credit. So many name brand, quality items at reasonable prices. Esta is my favorite clothing shop in Portsmouth!”
“Cheapest thrift in the area besides Wonderland in Stratham. Good will up the street same side is expensive! Love shopping here. Wednesday is when the real deals take place.”
“My husband and I have bought many items from this store.
I was so sad to see some of these reviews.
Firstly, the back half of the store is run by Cyndi and a large portion of sales is donated to breast cancer research. Cyndi will dress you head to toe in vintage and classic garb. She's always full of laughs and smiles. She will easily brighten your worst day.
Secondly, Cam, the owner of the antiques and lighting is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind.
I always look forward to sharing a smile and learning something new.
I hope that moving forward people will take the time to get to know Cam before writing a negative review that could impact the success of his store and decrease the breast cancer research donations.
In a time when our society is so focused on acceptance, these reviews were so quick to criticize.”
“I’ve gone in a few times and every time I do, I find something so cute and unique. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming whenever I’m in!”
“Nice place! A little cluttered for a claustrophobic person like me, but all part of the “thrifty” experience. Really happy to have a place like this dedicated for solely children’s items”
