I went to the Wal Mart in Newington NH yesterday morning to buy a couple plants for our flower garden. This is the second time in two weeks I walked in and there was not one soul to cash the customers out... oh except the actual cashier that literally stood amongst the aisles of lawn care peeking around the corner to see if the few agravated customers (like me!) Would finally give up and leave. I chose to take my plants and enter the rest of the store. I had to walk from the garden department all the way to the other side of Wal Mart to see if I could find a cashier amongst the MULTIPLE check out counters. This is where the absolute SHOCKER sets in folks! THERE WAS NO ONE...NOT ONE PERSON TO CASH ANYBODY OUT OF WAL MART! I stood there dumbfounded! The self check outs were open. Tried to use on my plants and dirt went everywhere. There was senior citizens with baskets of merchandise they wished to purchase by an actual human being! I took it all in with shock then spied a human at the courtesy counter that was very kind and cashed me out!..Did I mention this was the second trip in two weeks that entered me into the Wal Mart Twilight Zone!? The first time I gave up at the garden department when the cashier wouldnt come out of hiding!WHAT A SAD SAD TIME FOR WAL MART!

Ordered an item 12 July, delivery date 17 July. Here we are the 22 July. No item. Did get a notice, item is delayed. No one to contact, no customer service about my missing item. Put on hold long enough to grow a beard. Should have used Amazon prime, 2 day shipping. Not happy.

May 17 Sunday, so, yesterday I was at this Newington Walmart with my husband to get black much, which at that time they did not have a palette of outside, so in we go through the required entrance knowing that you can only go out the door in the garden center. They had no flat bed dollies for stacking mulch on in the store, I told my husband I'd get one outside, and lucky me no more than three feet from the garden center door is one, I open the door and an elderly couple came in , I told the woman they were supposed to go through the front doors but who am I to enforce? So while the exit was opened I grabbed the Dollie while the elderly lady held the door for me, and that's when the cashier, a middle aged man with an accent starts yelling at me that leave and go back to the front entrance door all the way down at the other end of the shop. I tried to explain I'd been in the store already for some time and just needed the dollie which was literally 3 feet from the doorway. He was having none of it, yelled at me, said he hadn't seen me in the garden center, even though I'd been there for fifteen minutes and told me I had to go back to the entrance. Which to avoid confrontation I did , by now I was furious. This employee yelled at me, wouldn't listen to my explanation, insinuated that I was a liar/lying , said if I didn't like the rules go complain to the manager, which I almost did but by the time I circled the building the second time I just wanted my mulch and to go home. My husband was wondering where the hell I had been. When we went to check out , that employee saw me coming and scurried off and got another employee to check us out. Coward. Couldn't even look me in the eye. Moral of this Covid era story, is go to the super Walmart on Lafyette in Portsmouth, further away but at least the personnel there won't treat you like a criminal.

I stood waiting the other day for someone to come help my boyfriend to get an air soft gun. We waited for 45 minutes until someone came to help us. A few associates had walked by but didn't say anything.

This store really is something else. Went into the electronics department for a new phone charging cord and they have these third party there for phone sales. I was immediately almost trampled by one of these people asking if I needed anything, I said no and they didn't let up. I went and picked up the other stuff I needed lawn and garden had 12 people in line, went inside to see 1 register open, most of the self check registers weren't working, so there were lines up front as well, glad the 4 people in the yellow vests had nothing to do other than gossip about other employees. This store might as well close. It's outdated, limited stock and clearly employees that can't tell another register needs to be open. One of the guys in the yellow vests just stares at you from a distance and never says anything when walking by just creepy stares.
