“I have been shopping at my local Hampton NH Hannaford for over 5 years. Shopping there was my one stop shop. Recently, your management decided to remove 1/3 of an isle- of your room temperature beer. Which also happened to be a good selection! I asked an employee today where did all the beer go? And they told me that they did away with it as it was an inconvenience to “everybody”. Well as a consumer I have shopped at my local Hannaford knowing I was paying a premium, but you were “convenient” for me. But now you are not and I will have to make multiple stops if I shop with you. I can buy my beer at Prost. Or I can shop at Market Basket, and buy beer and groceries there- for cheaper. I am not mad at your revamping of the store, but while sitting in the beer isle scratching my head- at least 5 additional customers looked at me and were also displeased with the change. I hope this feedback can make a difference, in the mean time I’ll be at Market Basket.”

“I shop/ pick up prescriptions at this Hannaford location. The staff is awesome. I've never had an issue with them not having what I'm looking for. Visited them on Friday April 5th when their power was out due to a storm. Store was still open, accepting card payments and staff were still very helpful.”

“If i can only give a 6 star for effort and success for STEPHEN, ELIZABETH & KAITLYN, I would! On my visit yesterday (Tuesday, Nov 8) around 9:30 pm, I was trying to do an online purchase using my store credit. The staffs on duty including the manager weren't familiar and haven't done a purchase on the store on a product that's only available online (for shipping). But the staffs (Elizabeth and Stephen) and the manager on duty (Kaitlyn) were very much willing to help me, so impromptu they gave their best to learn new task that was presented. And they successfully delivered! KUDOS to these 3!I'm really hoping that the upper management for Walgreens will find this review. Because it seems like this company isn't giving their employees enough training or refreshers about their new available services. So if there's a customer that's claiming the new offer and the present employee/s isnt/aren't tenacious enough to learn tasks they're not familiar with, the customer wouldn't get what they came for, giving Walgreens a bad reputation of either false advertising or incompetent employees.WALGREENS, please take care of your employees a litter better. Trust me, it's better for your customers, employees and most especially for your business.”

“I’m not one to take time out of my day to write reviews unless I am left in awe. I have been to a ton of pharmacies and I’ve never had an encounter like this before. Focusing on just the dynamic of the pharmacy, they are very quick and always have my medication on time. Now for the real reason I’m writing this review….if you get the chance to speak with Kelly in the drive thru your day will be better afterwards. I don’t think I’ve ever been happier leaving a pharmacy than when I arrived. She is great to talk to and very personable! You are doing great Kelly and I appreciated our talk ? I hope this gets shared with her.”

“Great place for kids and dogs with boat launch facilities. Restrooms are not available in the winter but portable potties are available most of the rest of the year. Nestled in a beautiful scenic waterfront area just below where confluence of the Cocheco and Salmon Rivers join the Piscataqua “River”. Piscataqua is tidal for most of its length which makes it pretty much an estuary. Not easy to find. Needs permanent restrooms.”

“I got the most beautiful 16x20 canvas print of my family and it came with the little hook on the back to hang on the wall and everything.... Original price was $84.99 (I didn't get a choice in size but it might have to do with the detail of the picture like it maybe couldn't go smaller without being blurry) I entered a code that was right on the homepage for Walgreens photo and I got 70% off so the entire thing was $26!!! And it's beautiful no little pixelated parts - it's flawless! I'm so happy!!!”

“Several of my family went for PCR Covid Tests needed at different times for travel. All got the results back the next day around 7pm. It seems that it doesn't matter when you go in for the test, the result becomes available next day around 7pm. The web site asked for insurance information, I didn't pay, not sure whether it'll be on insurance or not. I was worrying that I wouldn't be able to get the result in time for my travel, but I'd say the turnaround time is truly just 24 to 32 hours if you take the test on Monday to Thursday. The clerks and the website don't give out any promise when the result becomes available. But what a big relief that we all got our tests needed for traveling! Thanks Walgreens and Aegis Lab!”
“At 6 pm after an eye procedure, I needed an RX filled that evening which was not in stock. The pharmacist, James, made several phone calls to other area pharmacies to locate the eye drops I needed to start that evening. He was incredibly kind and spent a great deal of time until he located the RX. I switched from CVS several years ago and have been more than happy with any prescription services I need at this Hannaford pharmacy.”
