She even went out of her way to look down in the basement for more boxes of different dimensions so that I’d have the best one to send them out in! “They may have a hard time answering their phones...but from my experience with them they have been nothing but prompt and kind. During the holiday (twice) they respectfully helped me transport my Step Father's ashes. And now I had an issue with Amazon because my zip code is the same as two other towns and they instantly corrected the issue once notified. I missed their call and they left me a nice response explaining the issue and gave me a number if it was not corrected..I appreciate this post office and I thank them for their kindness, patience and understanding.”
