“Newport Fitness has everything you need. The owners are always on site. Heidi can be seen personal training or running the desk and making awesome protein shakes. Heidi’s husband and their children are also very involved. The gym has a great variety of equipment, friendly and helpful staff, great classes and tanning beds. The environment is safe, clean and happy. The gym is affordable and centrally located in Downtown Newport. I have been an active member for almost 5 years. I recommend Newport Fitness 100%.”
