As a former dealer, I'm always disappointed in service departments. I just wanted an inspection pass/fail who cares but had to listen to the whole pitch about what they were going to do to/for me. I was rushed on time and just said yes to get it over with. If a customer asks you to do one thing...do it. Upselling every little things your car needs is outdated and rude. You lost at least two customers and as many more that I can tell.

On our way out of town for a weekend of camping, my husband got a flat tire on his truck. We called them, an hour before closing, and they got us right in. They were all SUPER friendly and accommodating! They made a bad situation much better. I will highly recommend them to anyone willing to listen!
