I had a very poor experience with ordering a trigger through Pinical Sports. I'm so disappointed with the customer service as well. Especially when there's a song and a dance to get a refund and it's never cash back, its store credit... I ordered a trigger on Nov 4th 2023 (paid half 86.50) and was told "Longest it should be here is 10 days". I was very patient and waited a few days past ten and thought it was strange that I never received a call. I took a ride to Pinical and of course the trigger is still not there. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I waited over a month and called to see if the trigger had come in yet (still not there). The guy on the phone said "it should've been here by now but if it's out of stock they won't tell us they just cancel our order". Great that's nice to know after I waited almost 2 months for a friggin trigger. Also they insisted on me ordering another and playing the waiting game again. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY, ORDER IT YOURSELF!!!

I’ve been to a lot of gun shops and Pinnacle and their crew are top notch. Very, very patient and never make you feel rushed. A super comfortable environment with a well stocked and large inventory! Thank you to all the staff who helped me purchase my 1st league pistol.

A couple weeks ago I was having trouble with my Ruger firearm. I contacted Ruger customer service and they told me that I could send my part in for warranty service. When I mentioned I lived in NH, the customer service agent told me I could bring it straight to the factory in Newport.This turned out to be false. There is no office open to the public at the factory. The security guard wasn't real happy that I showed up, but despite that, they referred me up the street to Pinnacle.The gentleman behind the counter was more than helpful! He took my part in and contacted someone at Ruger to come pick it up ASAP. The shop's gunsmith even took a shot at rectifying my problem. I had the part to my rifle back in my hand within three days and the problem was solved.Despite not standing to profit from helping me, the folks at Pinnacle Sports went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They provided outstanding service.I will most certainly be back to give them my business in the future.

Had a firearm that I couldn't find anywhere in the state and at a fair price. Both gentlemen I dealt with were polite, friendly and down to earth. All around great experience

I had to have an item shipped to Florida and everyone I spoke with from this location was just wonderful, kind, and very helpful. It was a pleasure working with them and I hope to do business again with them in the future.
