Absolutely.The worst service i've ever had at a pharmacy. Take care of someone else while i'm cashing out. Good RX is in my file, but they don't bother to run it through.Try to charge me three times what I should be paying. Getting my prescription changed to a pharmacy that actually takes care of their customers the right way

This rite aid is awful. Employees are so rude. I go in and buy the same product every month and they make me so uncomfortable. I’ve been a regular customer for 10+ years. I started buying online now because I’m sick of the dirty looks and feeling like they are annoyed. They don’t know my story. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go in this store/pharmacy. Extremely over priced too.Rude, judgmental, over priced or don’t have the product.

The pharmacist I spoke with, Rachel, was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. She was clearly very busy, but she was able to handle my questions over the phone and get me the medication I needed. I appreciate her! Thank you!!

My dentist faxed over my antibiotics for me last night at 5:22pm. I came to pick said antibiotics up the following morning around 9am. The pharmacist claimed she was alone and didn’t have it ready, I’d have to come back but to wait for the text. 4 hours have gone by, I’ve yet to get a text. So I tried to call. No answer. So I then drive back down to the pharmacy to check on it and she said she needed the hard copy and that I couldn’t just “fax” over the script myself, I then stated to her that my dentist faxed it over and that I work in that dental office where my dentist works. I also had the hard copy of the script to provide to them. So with 4 hours passing, my script is STILL not ready. With that said I’m aware she’s along but If the pharmacist was more pleasant and not sarcastically rude I wouldn’t be as ticked off , but the fact that I’ve now wasted gas driving down here twice to get a script that should have been ready last night when it was faxed over is what I’m urked about. DO BETTER RITE AIDE!

Been going here for years and its always been a 1 to 2 star pharmacy at best most times..until recently..David (manager i believe) took over...he has totally been awesome..very friendly..helpful and FAST..best pharmacy employee this place has ever had in my opinion

The pharmacy staff is rude. I had a prescription transferred from out of state. I went to pick it up. And after standing in line behind several other people was told I had to go to the other window to get it filled. Then I had to get back in line. The cashier was beyond rude. Never going back!

Today the pharmacists had a fit and closed down the pharmacy cause she couldn’t handle her job. This is the worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacists should be fired. There were senior citizens that needed to wait for their prescriptions. I encourage the rite aid pharmacy in Claremont. They were very nice to deal with. Hopefully Corporate does something about this pharmacists.

Worst.Pharmacy.EVER! The hours are abysmal. They're never open when most people are able to pick up their scripts. They're closed the entire weekend, they're closed at lunch and they close at 6pm. Service is horrible and the wait for script fill when they actually are open is slower than a turtle swimming through molasses.

Extremely clean, helpful and friendly staff, very convenient hours which helped when I needed an item IMMEDIATELY!!! I hadn't been to a Rite Aid in a long time but it was a very pleasant experience this visit - LOTS of improvements!

I just moved here end of oct i chose this place as my pharmacy as of today im dobe with this place closed to staffing shortage i had issues w walgreens in littelton id rather drive to claremont walmsrt there more reliable then you are ive got bloop pressure meds there this is not safe to people who rely on getting there meds

Should probably change the time of your pharmacy close. Stupid, I was prescribed something to help me. Thinking they were open till 6, I call to get it. And the lady on the phone says, “we’ve actually been closing at 5 for pharmacy” that is so goofy. No wonder they are always hiring.

No one in the pharmacy answers the phone. I called over 10x yesterday. I’ve had to have the store transfer me Ofer to the pharmacy multiple times. Currently sitting on hold for about 15 minutes after having the front transfer me.
They’ll also text you that your med is ready for pickup, then when you get there, you have to wait 20 minutes, because it wasn’t actually ready.
Doesn’t communicate/respond to doctors prior auths, so I have had to use GoodRX multiple times, paying 4x my copay, just to get my meds that I need. And even then, they don’t want me picking up my meds without my insurance, so don’t even tell me they have the script. This specifically loops back to the issue with not answering the phone: they don’t tell me they have the script if my insurance does t cover it, so I have to call and ask if they have received it, and explain that I don’t care if my insurance isn’t covering it, it should still be filled. If they are having issues with insurance, they should notify the customer/patient, not pretend the whole script doesn’t exist.
Still on hold; still don’t know if my script has been called-in.

Without exception, I have found the employees at this Newport Rite Aid are excellent: courteous, helpful, efficient. The same is true with regard to the Pharmacy - there may be a short wait if you are a walk-in; drive-up is available.
