The mail carrier who is supposed to deliver to houses on Blueberry Ridge Rd. never delivers packages and even occasionally doesn't deliver the mail at all. She doesn't even stop at the mail box half the time and makes me and my family have to go to the post office to grab our mail and packages. We are pretty much paying shipping fees for literally nothing because of this

Mail carrier “Shelly” Lied about our 6 month old puppy attacking her (wife and kids were in front yard when it allegedly occurred and she had no marks) gave us an order to adjust mailbox height and replace post that’s been fine for years until she had an issue with us calling her out for lying about dog incident. (Also should be noted that’s not an authority granted to carriers) we sold our house and moved about a month ago and somehow after we instructed and authorized our mail to be forwarded to our P.O. Box “Shelly” was able to have it held rather than be forwarded while we set up our new residency. Insufferable lady and terrible carrier.

The staff in Newport are great and as helpful as they can be given what they have to work with. We went almost 2 weeks without mail delivery because there wasn't enough staff. That problem has been rectified, but they are still severely understaffed. This is not a problem just for the Newport, NH office. This is a systemic issue that has been created by Louis DeJoy who decided that the postal SERVICE should not be a service, but a for profit business that he has done everything in his power to destroy starting by sabotaging the Postal service back in 2020 to try to prevent voting by mail because it wouldn't help his political party. Ever since then, he's been removing needed equipment and making the service run on a shoestring. They don't pay workers enough, so it's no wonder there are shortages everywhere. It's a crime he is allowed to dismantle this service that has been in operation since 1775, and it's sad that we will be the generation that sees it die.

terrible service post master is totally unprofessional and the delivery lady "Shelly" is a liar and will make stuff up and not back it up just to inconvenience you while the post master defends her stories.

The employees are great. The company itself needs a major overhaul. What's the reason for tracking when deliveries are 90% late. My package will sit in Nashua for a whole day before being shipped to Vermont and then back to NH again. Doesn't seem very efficient and I can't see how USPS saves money this way but whatever.

I had a really nice conversation with the man at the post office. Didn't try to rush me. I had to find my glasses and he waited patiently.

Phones are NEVER answered, my mail and packages either come a month late or completely disappear. Some of the staff are great and polite, but the rest are so rude and disrespectful its completely engaging! They need a better management system immediately! I HATE this office!

They dont answer the phone. It just rings. For 4 minutes it wrang and then disconnected me. On line only gives you generic information. Dont even try to get hold of the postmaster or anyone above him because there is no info on what the e_ mail or website to use.

I have daily Mail digest. It shows me photographs of the mail that I'm supposed to be receiving on that day I did not receive Saturdays and I have a whole bunch of Monday stuff that never showed up today so I haven't received Saturdays or Mondays and I know that they deliver to the apartments right next to my home so they have to drive right past my mailbox. Don't know what's up. Anyone can sign up for this service. I'm not sure why they send me notices of the mail I'm to receive it they're not going to deliver it. I hope no one is I'll.

The personnel are friendly hardworking devoted and efficient. Unfortunately , the place is chronically understaffed and poorly managed. It is a shame to see the Post office gutted and run with a skeleton crew. Too busy to answer the phone. Postal management has failed the public at all levels.

First off, they never deliver packages to the correct porch. It always ends up being a wild goose chase trying to figure out where they put it.And then today they delivered it somewhere I have no clue and I talked on the phone with someone that said they’d be here in fifteen minutes. It’s been two hours and I can’t get anyone on the phone. I have electronics in the package and it’s been pouring rain so they’re probably ruined.Absolutely ridiculous.
