Gil at the Newport store has gone above and beyond the two times I've met him. Both times he had a line of five people waiting for just him. He was able to multitask and prioritize.

Stephan guided us through a very complicated migration over from a competitor. His technical knowledge, persistence and patience were second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him throughout the afternoon to complete the process. Stephan is clearly a valuable asset to BeMobile!

Was very misled by a salesman, Dylan, who promised a significant discount ($350) when upgrading to a new phone. Despite my old phone not having any trade in value, he assured me (on multiple occasions) he would still process the discount and that it would apply to my account after 1-2 billing cycles. Fast forward to 3 months later and it still hadn’t applied. During the customer support process, they found no documentation of the promised deal. After several hours on the phone, Verizon management (outside of this location) was able to give a partial/incomplete credit to my account, but it was a stressful experience. Make sure to get written proof of a deal in writing from the start (my concerns were brushed aside when I commented on not seeing the deal documented on the initial receipt at the day of sale); they don’t seem to follow through on promised deals. I have had somewhat better experiences at actual verizon stores (not private “authorized retailers”) and don’t recommend using an authorized retailer in the future—I feel very taken advantage of.

This is by far the best Verizon in-store experience I have ever had. Gil is top notch at his job, customer service, and interacting with other humans. He made everyone feel seen and assured them he would be with them as soon as possible. This is the third Verizon store I went into trying to upgrade my iPhone. I didn't appreciate being ignored upon entering the store and standing around while waiting for the person to even acknowledge me at the other locations. Gil was the only one there and was able to multi-task to satisfy everyone's needs. He is super knowledgable and personable. I wound up buying newer technology for my phone like this magnetic wireless charging pad and a WeBoost and some other pieces that I probably wouldn't have had the confidence to operate if it hadn't been for Gil's teaching and reassurance. I think Gil should be teaching other reps his skills as he shines and I appreciate his attention to those he helps in the moment as well as those who enter the store while he is helping someone else. Thanks, Gil. You made an experience that many times induces anxiety in me very smooth and a pleasure!

Both Gil and Dylan were very knowledgeable about the phones, packages, discounts and their products. They were incredibly helpful with set up and transfer of data. Both were very professional. I would highly recommend Newport BeMobile. Also kudos to Gil for getting me to shop local instead of go on Amazon and buy an accessory product.

My husband and I originally stopped in, as we had both seen the home internet advertising, and had some questions about how that worked. I was very disappointed to learn that it did not cover my area, being less than a mile from the store itself. However, Gil and Dylan both, are amazing, and very intuitive! They took the opportunity to make sure that we knew everything Verizon had to offer, including the current promotions and deals. My husband and I had been discussing eventually switching carriers, as we are in the midst of transitioning from NH to TX, and currently, travel a lot between the two. So, after a very informative conversation, and a lot of great jokes!, and price comparisons on what my husband needed/wanted, we decided to switch sooner than we anticipated! BeMobile, y’all have two fantastic employees! Gil and Dylan both, deserve a raise and a beer! lol

Nothing but the best customer service ever. All of my questions were answered the professionalism was top notch to make sure customers were satisfied and happy with the quality of service. Dylan was an absolutely amazing help. Through a 4-day long process he was never frustrated and was always willing to do whatever he could to help us with any and everything. He was so kind and a great person to work with. Give that man a raise!!

Stopped in real quick to get some help activating a new phone to my account. Both Helen and the other young gentleman Dylan were amazing. Dylan was extremely attentive, very polite and exceptionally accommodating and helpful. They made the entire experience pleasant. I am grateful after so many less than desirable experiences in the past with others!

Was there on Sunday with my family of 4 to switch from AT&T to VZW. Kristin and Brock were incredibly helpful Managing through switching four phones and an Apple Watch. The process was lengthy (not through any fault of theirs) but they were efficient and very knowledgeable on everything. We had an appointment which I highly recommend. I had also ordered the iPhones a couple weeks in advance since in store inventory of iPhone 14 pro phones is pretty limited across the country. Store was very clean as well. Would definitely do any VZW service needs there.
