“Was in your store today after two days of trying to return my package to a company. I had no idea what was going on and the girl LEA behind the counter was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. He customers service skills were the best I have ever seen and she got my package returned. When I thanked her and told her how awesome she was a woman behind me spoke up and said isn’t she so helpful and nice and I could not agree more. “The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”

I called the mail center, and the gentleman who answered was incredibly accommodating, called the carrier, and got the package delivered to the mail center, so I can pick it up at my convenience. Dumbo me dropped off a UPS package at the counter and she immediately called my cell that luckily was on my return address to alert me of this mistake. “Even with everything happening, my order was going to be sent back because I carelessly put in the wrong address. But when I called they said that they could drop off my package at the right address so it doesn't get sent back and I don't have to come down.”
“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”

“They may have a hard time answering their phones...but from my experience with them they have been nothing but prompt and kind. During the holiday (twice) they respectfully helped me transport my Step Father's ashes. And now I had an issue with Amazon because my zip code is the same as two other towns and they instantly corrected the issue once notified. I missed their call and they left me a nice response explaining the issue and gave me a number if it was not corrected..I appreciate this post office and I thank them for their kindness, patience and understanding.”
