Well I am not impressed at all with these folks. We had our front stairs(cement)fixed by team handyman and a year and a half later we have to have them fixed again. A mason took a look and told us the problem, not sealed and not left to set long enough. Cannot recommend them, the stair repair should not have failed in less than two years ! Was going to have them do our bulkhead door , I did it myself and if the front stair is any indication of their work, I am glad I did it myself.Bottom line hire a real professional for major repairs not Team Handyman.

I had Tom over my house last month for a quote. He was difficult to read, and was insistent on not wearing a mask in my home. You do you, but when you to go people's homes have respect for their rules as I suffer from immune issues and I need to play it safe these days. He never got back to me with the quote or get back to me to say he couldn't do it. To be honest, it was a strange experience and I don't want to feel like someone was scoping out my property but that's how I feel.

This team is awesome! We had a small problem in the bathroom (faucets needed replaced on bath tub). After calling several plumbing companies and getting quotes that were through the roof and waiting periods that were unreal a friend told me to call this company. Was I ever glad!! Gary and his son Carter came out the very next day and checked out the problem and came back the very next day and fixed it!! They are two of the nicest people we have ever met and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! THANK YOU GARY AND CARTER! LOBO SAYS THANK YOU TOO.

I owned a house that I wanted to get on the market in 2018. It was an on going process of things that I needed to get done. Repairs, upgrades, etc. to make it look fresh and up to date. Every time I called for help on yet another project, Team Handyman was there and got the job done quickly. They were so reliable, it actually took some of the stress of who do I call away. They could do anything! Thanks Team Handyman!

Our furnace is in a pretty annoying corner of our attic, so when our HVAC maintenance guys told us they would really appreciate a better access point, we asked who they'd recommend for a project like that. They said "When we put our foot through a ceiling, we call Team Handyman!" They were great to work with. Joanne in the office is very responsive via email, and Tom was kind enough to climb into our annoying attic and figure out the best solution for adding a new access, which he priced out in detail. Their policy is that the final price is based on the actual work time, so I was thrilled when the work was completed for a bit less than the original quote. Tom also sent photos of the results while I was still at work, which was wonderful. Cleanup was amazing; I would never have known they were there. I was happy with the work and would use them again. In fact, I have a new project in mind right now!

He was nice (Tom) guess what people say is true. A handyman does a lot of things but not one thing great. Yes I am picky and am very able to do my own painting and work but this was done as a contractor did some minor damage to some walls. There was paint splatter on my molding and paint runs not to mention must have not cleaned the roller as there are fibers here and there. After pointing out a few runs before he left he touched them up as the paint was setting. ( big no no as it will be a different texture) at that point I just wanted him out of my house and figured the walls don’t get full sun so it can be hidden. I had the work done a few months ago and was going to let it go as he is not a professional painter. But was very nice but just realized one of my light covers is cracked. Really come on that was the breaking point. Not to mention he wanted to caulk the trim, which when done correctly gives a nice finished edge but I prefer none but let him caulk the two walls he did paint that was another mistake. I wonder what they charged for this disaster. Hey at least he didn’t get paint on the floor right?
