“I had an excellent shopping experience at the J.Crew Outlet! My family and I were greeted by Jaime, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. She assisted us with a price check and even let us know about a great discount on Crew Cuts (kids' clothes), which were an amazing deal!
Jaime also handled our checkout, and her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire shopping experience so pleasant. The rest of the team was equally kind and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the store.

“I was very impressed that Eddie Bauer, yes, there was a real Eddie Bauer, started his company way back in 1920 in Seattle. That, in itself is a true success story. He even patented the first quilted jacket in 1940. The outlet is loaded with all great stuff and the prices are right too. Wifey bought two articles. If you open up a new account, you can save an additional 10%. They have a nice upbeat crew.”

I was approached by an associate who helped me find the correct size for me, offered opinions on the outfit, and helped me order the correct size to be shipped to me. I forget his name, but overall it was one of the best experiences I've had in a retail store.”

“Shopping in North Conway, NH this past week. I want to compliment two outstanding employees Pat and part time supervisor Harland for their superb customer service. They went above and beyond to find a product my teenage grandson was looking for. Although it was not available in store the product was found elsewhere and I was able to purchase it via telephone with the other store in another state. “I had the best experience at Francesca’s in North Conway NH. Cameron, the young woman who waited on me, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I found just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I foolishly left my credit card there and didn’t notice until I was home in MA. After calling the store she assured me that it was locked up in their safe. She asked her boss if there was a way they could get it to me. They shipped it to me by FedEx and I received it the next morning. I am so grateful! Thank you Francesca’s.”
