Ordered a washer and dryer over a week ago. Was supposed to be delivered today. Heard nothing so I called. After over an hour on the phone, the order was never placed. Now I have to cancel the order and Go to the store in order to get a refund because they “couldn’t push the order through again”. I will never use Home Depot again. Their customer service is abhorrent.

Installation. Appliance purchase, especially if it's a "sale" item. I wish I could upload a photo of the ice maker they installed in my refrigerator today. So far have taken 6 days off from work to have the refrigerator I purchased Nov. 7th delivered / installed. Yesterday we purchased a large amount of wood and materials for a shed. I was very impressed with the help we received from numerous employees that we encountered. Jon (the one with the full beard) and PJ were particularly helpful with all of our lumber needs but most importantly assisting with loading it into a trailer we had. Melissa at check out was very helpful and Kurt and Dan jumped in to help us load the trailer as well. All in all, I left with a smile because they had all been so kind and ready to help with our cumbersome and large order.

Went into the store last winter about carpeting was quoted a price of $4,500 installed, I had to put the install plans on Ice until spring and when I went back to them I was quoted around $6,500 for the same carpet same install but now they're telling me I can't use my own padding that is why I'm paying more after talking with the store manager agreeing to purchase the carpet alone and going to bid room, price was given to me a $3,900 out the door so I told the store manager

I couldn't get anyone to help me in the lighting department. I requested help. Then I waited for 15/20 minutes. And went back to the service desk and waited again and still couldn't get anyone to help me. The ladies at the desk did try to get someone there for me, but apparently, he was ignoring them. They could actually see him walk by as they were paging him. Not a fun time :((

I ordered a wall oven prior to Thanksgiving with the promise that it would be delivered AND installed on Nov 30. It was delivered but NOT INSTALLED. After many phone calls, I was told it would be installed on Dec 6. It was NOT INSTALLED.

The store manager is the typical over weight large a****** that companies hire as boss! I guess you need a mullet to get hired!
