“I recently visited with the Spectrum store in North Conway on two separate occasions. The store is very clean and everyone was friendly and greeted us when we came in.We mostly worked with Shawn and what a terrific guy. He went above and beyond as one of the visits took a few hours because we had an issue with our previous cellular service, but Shawn was very patient, helpful and pleasant to work with. We also had the pleasure to work with Peter who was equally as terrific! I am far from tech savvy but they made the experience a lot less stressful!This is what custom service with a smile should look like!!”
