Having a landline, phone through spectrum is almost pointless. It is nothing but spam calls all day every day. There is nothing they can or will do about it. I would highly discourage anyone from using spectrum.

I recently visited with the Spectrum store in North Conway on two separate occasions. The store is very clean and everyone was friendly and greeted us when we came in.We mostly worked with Shawn and what a terrific guy. He went above and beyond as one of the visits took a few hours because we had an issue with our previous cellular service, but Shawn was very patient, helpful and pleasant to work with. We also had the pleasure to work with Peter who was equally as terrific! I am far from tech savvy but they made the experience a lot less stressful!This is what custom service with a smile should look like!!

waited 2 HOURS in store to return router/modem which my return took exactly 2 minutes.. should have 1 person devoted for equipment returns. this is not the first time happening. Only 2 workers available. MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO GETTING MORE HELP IN THIS STORE..

I had cable lines come down from ice the night before the Super Bowl I was supposed to hear from someone and didn’t even into the next day! I called a couple time and expressed my concerns and they got me an apt between 6 n7pm mind you the game starts at 630! He got to my house and hr early fixed my lines came in made sure my cable was on and good by 6:15!! Thank you so much you have no idea how important this was to me!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I just had the easiest and best phone buying experience ever with Shawn. I highly recommend this phone store, especially if Shawn is the representative that helps you. Usually, I dread buying a new phone. But today I walked out so happy. Thank you Shawn for making that so great and breezy for us!

Continuously show an inability to be able to support their products within a reasonable timeframe. This is the second time in a row where we have had a scheduled appointment that they have messed up internally (failure to communicate and coordinate amongst themselves) which has led to us waiting around and no one showing up. Finally they cancel and move the appointment to many days later. Unacceptable for the business they are in and as soon as there is another service provider in our area we will be switching to them.Edit: Thanks for the automated response, but if you actually wanted to help you would have someone come over to fix the problem - not just forward me to more automated garbage

Big thank you to spectrum for ruining Christmas for their paying customers. 4 days without internet on Christmas weekend. A mild windstorm comes along and you can't do your job and repair your hardware. Hundereds of customers unable to interact with family online, or stream their favorite Christmas movies together.Your laziness will not be forgotten. Good work.

Walked in first thing in the morning just to return my Wi-Fi equipment. What I thought would be a 5 minute ordeal turned into 3 hours of waiting. I will NEVER do business with spectrum again and only use Starlink for internet. Removing all my commercial accounts too and mailing the equipment to the receiver.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Employees were so rude when we questioned why the price they were charging us for a new phone was $100 more than their store tag. They said the computer was having an error but there was nothing they could do unless we order the phone online rather than taking the one they have in store. Never got an apology for their error, lack of wanting to look into it, help us, or for the unkind words she spat when we questioned her (and we turned out to be right). I had to go so far as asking for her supervisor for her to admit she was overcharging us, and this was just the tip of the iceberg.This company makes (many) mistakes, admits it's 100% their fault, and still holds you financially responsible. Absolutely unreal. Then they make you offers like "I can give you a one time $25 and you just cover the rest" um NO I'm not covering ANY of it, its not MY error. Taking our family of 7 to a different phone company!! Thanks for nothing.

So.....I finally make it up to North Conway to talk with real people.I meet up with Christian. I explain my issues with internet speed and buffering with my streaming package. I am not a happy camper about this stuff.Christian does his thing on the computer and long story short, he hooks me up with a new router. I also talked myself into one cable box which Christian said I should not need. He was correct. The box is going back.With the new modem and him super-charging the speed, my internet and TV is flying right along.I upgraded the TV package and have more channels than I could ever watch.As Christian is fixing me up, the boss man, Ken shows up. He was the guy I was originally looking for, but had stepped out.Christian advises me Ken is the guy who trained him and he can help me. He was right.Next up will be a new mobile phone and tablet. BYE BYE Verizon!!
