Stopped in to grab a few supplies, North Hampton NH and the moment we walked through the door, the manager (I think his name was Rob?) greeted us like we were long-lost friends. He must’ve overheard our conversation because, without missing a beat, he pointed us straight to aisles 3 and 5—like a mind-reading retail ninja.
We also asked him to check a code on our vehicle, and he was more than happy to help. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I’ll just say this: I can’t remember the last time we had such an outstanding experience at an auto parts store.
This kind of service is what you’d expect down South—hospitality, helpfulness, and a whole lot of “wow.” Up here? It’s rare. Give this guy a raise, a promotion, a parade—something! He’s a rockstar in a sea of wrenches.

I had a couple of questions about a rental vehicle, a GMC Acadia, I was driving. I thought I needed gas and could't find how to open the gas cap and the location of the button for hazzard lights if needed. The AutoZone people were so helpful and pleasant.
I've used AutoZone in the past and will continue.

I was in need of new wiper blades. The store manager looked up the size blades that I needed and then changed the blades for me, and took the old ones and packaging to throw away. He was very pleasant to deal with and my wife had the same experience earlier this week. The individuals that work in this store have always been great to deal with and are helpful.

I stopped into AutoZone today in North Hampton. My engine light was on. This really nice guy, so sorry, didn't get his name, came out to check my vehicle. He gave me the test summary, no charge. They was a young woman in there that was also very nice. I appreciate the help today. Thanks again!

We bought a battery & a warranty from autozone. Pretty soon after, the battery failed (cold crank and amps are down to almost nothing), and I had to get it replaced by my trusted mechanic — I couldn’t hold off to do a swap out with autozone. I called autozone (in seabrook) and they confirmed to me that I could bring the battery in for a refund. When I brought it in for a refund at North Hampton’s AutoZone, the manager said it was absolutely impossible to refund me and she could only give me a new battery. I told her the Seabrook Autozone had offered a refund, but she insisted she was unwilling to do so. When I asked her why, she said it’s up to each manager, and as manager she was simply choosing not to. It was a very frustrating and nonsensical ordeal, and she seemed to enjoy the power of denying us the fair option. We ended up going to the other AutoZone for the refund, which was no problem at all for them.
I might expect this kind of treatment at some luxury car dealership, but we thought AutoZone was for the working class. We were we wrong! If you must go to autozone, avoid North Hampton and instead choose Seabrook.

I went to the AutoZone in North Hampton, next to the Dollar Store. I got exceptional service from the New Manager on duty. I came in to get my battery checked. She was friendly and very helpful. I ended up needing an alternator belt it was gone! She spotted that and saved me from driving around without the belt. I was able to get my car to the shop this morning and get it fixed without further damage. I am so grateful that she found this for me.

We frequently use Autozone for out fleet parts. The guys in North Hampton, especially Joe and Chuck are great to work with and have helped me find numerous parts that have been discontinued and are obsolete. I drive out of my way to go to this store.

I called the store looking for slime tire repair kit .I spoke with Joe Letting him know what I was looking for,I gave him what I thought was the item number.Joe ask me to hold on while he went to make sure they had one in stock .Joe informed me that they did have the item in stock and it was also on sale for 10.00 cheaper then I thought it was I told Joe I would be there in about 45 min .Joe stated he would have it behind the counter waiting for me .when I arrived to the store and asked about my tire kit that was being held for me it was right there behind the counter as promised .you just get that kind of service just anywhere
