When no drivers were available, she personally drove me home. We had a great conversation about the car rental business—she’s knowledgeable, insightful, and clearly understands the industry. She’s a valuable asset to the company.”

“Have had to use a rental twice in the last 6 months (unfortunately due to accidents) and both experiences were very smooth and accommodating.
The first time I was pleasantly surprised to learn they’d drop off & pick up my rental at the collision center. I paid for this one out of pocket with a GEICO discount, then learned my lesson and added rental coverage. Good thing I did because 3 months later during the storm that brought 2 feet of snow, mother nature had plans to put me in a rental again. I was worried this time wouldn’t be as smooth with GEICO and a further collision center involved; but it went just as smooth! Both times the cars were clean and functional for my needs.”
“Enterprise is your only choice at Portsmouth airport. Very easy to pick up and drop off car. Desk is only attended when flights come in so there will probably be no one at the desk when you drop off car.”
