“Check your receipts! My husband just got back from Lowe’s and complained about the cost of what he bought. After he got home I looked over the receipt and saw he was charged twice for the same product! Now he has to turn around and go back to get his refund for the overcharge. This was through the self check!!
Another frustrating thing is a shower head we bought last month worked for only a week before it stopped working properly. The brand is “Allen and Roth.” Quality is not great. Not made in America. Obviously

“This has to be one of the best home depots i've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. I'm so greatful that it's also the closest one to my home. The assosiates here are all great, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Specifically I've run into one employee several times now, Jimbo. He's always got a great attitude, helps me discuss what tools I need for my project and actually walks me over to the area where the tool I need is. Home Depot please get this man to start training and mentoring your new employees please!”
