Best mani/pedi I’ve had since moving here 2 1/2 years ago. It was clean and comfortable, and Kevin did a perfect job. Will definitely go back!Services: Pedicure

I have been going to Nailtime for years. The last time that i went, I had a regular manicure and my nail polish peeled off within 2 days. I thought let me give them another try. I went in for a dip manicure and pedicure. I waited for about 15 mins and the owner took care of me. She is quiet but pleasant. However there was only she and another worker there. They were speaking to each other loudly in their native language constantly, with little to no interaction with the customer. I found it to be very rude. I can understand once in awhile but constantly speaking loudly to each other was not very nice at all to the customer. The other customer and I just looked at each other. It was off putting. My dip chipped within 2 hours. It does not look as nice as I have had at other places. Lastly, as I said goodbye and thank you, the owner was snuggled up in a chair on her phone not paying attention to me or anyone else. I feel like she is too comfortable in her environment and needs to put more effort into her business. It might be slow due to the economy but she needs to put her best foot forward and fix these issues. I will not be back!

Disappointing. After booking an appointment (on line) I was kept waiting 50 minutes. After 40 minutes they showed me to the pedi chair and let me sit there another 10 minutes. No soaking, just sitting. I was about to get up and leave when they finally came over to start. Only to have the technician pulled away to fix something on another customer. I felt bad because there were only 3 nail technicians and lots of customers. Clearly they either overbook or just take customers as they come in. Regardless, waiting 50 minutes for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable.

Appointment with Cindy?, At 10… Thursday's are busy, others were waiting when I arrived. Soaked nail for 20 minutes, and picked out a dip color with her, it’s a seek and find for dip powder…Cindy did a great job, trimmed cuticles, applied a base dip powder, 2 coats of color, another coat of “ sealer”, filing, then 2 top coats for lasting shine…$45.00, I’ll be back…Service: Dip powder

I would give a zero star if I could. I made an appointment a month in advance for a group of 8 people to get mani/pedi done for my wedding. We all traveled some distance to Nail Time for our 10:00a appointment and they were closed for repairs. We never received a phone call letting us know they would be closed or asking if we would like to reschedule. It left us scrambling to find a place to get mani/pedi for my wedding. Very displeased with the lack of effort to even attempt to contact us.

My mom took me to Nail Time earlier today as a birthday gift, my nail tech & all of the other ones in there were very nice, and welcoming. But at first my nail tech seemed to know what they were doing, they were very gentile, and didn't destroy my actual nail, but they really messed up my acrylics. I would have said something but in all honesty I felt too bad, my mom paid for my nails before they had the paint on and waited for me in her car, so I didn't want to address it to her either because again I felt too bad because $65 (including tip) is wayyy too much for this mess. My mom has been going there for years and her nails always look great, and after reading some reviews on google it seems they're great at everything excluding acrylic nails. We were walk ins and they were getting pretty busy, but I don't feel like that's an excuse to rush the way they did. We asked if they had time to take us, but I feel like if you need to rush to the point where I can't get quality nails then you should be honest, and say that :(

Today was the first time having a pedicure at Nail Time and it will be my last!! I need a new nail tech and thought this place would be a good choice what a mistake!! The technician never spoke to me rushed me through the pedicure cut me and never apologized my nails look like a two year old did them!! This woman needs to find another job not working with the public!! I told her I was not happy while paying and I will never be back and she still did not speak to me!! I wish there was a rating below not good!!

I’ve been going to Nail Time for 8 years for gel manicures. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the work, but I’ve noticed the last 6 to 8 months they do such a rushed job that my manicure is only lasting days before it starts to peel off. I’m tired of going back and having to get them fixed. My manicures use to last sometimes up to 3 weeks and now I’m only getting days out of them. It’s time to find a new salon.Service: Gel manicure

I used to go here years ago and then I stopped getting manicures. My hands are always in water so gels and dips sadly don’t hold up for me. I have to do acrylics. I need a walk-in option without going to a big box store. I stopped in here about 6 months ago and had the pleasure of having Cindy as my nail tech. I’m always greeted with a smile and light conversation. I say “light” because I get so relaxed while my nails are being worked on that I tend not to engage. Cindy’s work is fabulous. I wear my nails as short as possible and Cindy can accommodate without using tips. What I love the most is her ability to make the acrylics look natural. They’re not high or thick. They’re more like an overlay but with a little extra. I do have the option of going to see Cindy at Nail Time off hours so that’s a plus and I can’t speak to scheduling appointments. She’s never disappointed me.Services: Acrylic nails

Clean, good service, I give this business a lot of credit, they stayed open during the pandemic 7 days a week.

I had to get a new set of acrylics , but the usual place I go to was busy and I figured I would try this place out because it’s down the road from my house . I read other reviews and it seems like the girl that recently wrote a review went through the same thing I did . I felt rushed and it shows in the pictures that the color is uneven and messy . Even the nails themselves are uneven .I spent $65 including tip will not be going back . It’s unfortunate , because the women who did my nails was very niceService: Acrylic nails
