Christy is a rockstar, Allie super resourceful, Jenn kind and helpful, Ben and Kelsey welcoming. I'm in the middle of moving from east to west coast, got hacked, had to close my bank accounts. Jenn helped me first by being empathetic then getting my locked funds released to close write a check to send to new bank on west coast.I write this review because Christy blew me away by going above and beyond to solve my issue of lost check in mail for 25 days. She went to neighbor, the local USPS to see if her friend could help me, (USPS wasn't responsive at all, I was hitting a deadend.) Needless to say I was frustrated and a bit nervous that a sizeable check was in limbo.Christy followed up with a couple of phones calls to update me on USPS. Meanwhile, Allie understood the quandry of not wanting to wait 90 days per Fed Gov regs to cancel and reissue check. As a notary she took the extra step and with Regional Mgt approval was able to cancel check.Attn: Regional Mgt, thank you for approving. Your team over at Laffayette Rd in North Hampton shines brightly. They are all so pleasant unlike my regular local TD branch. I'm so glad to went to No Hampton for assistance. I can rave enough about their proactive and caring attitude. They love dogs & kids and let them both know it. My young and ancy granddaughter was happy to be there and wait until we got our business completed.10 stars for these stars!

Today I had another great experience at Td Bank North Hampton. Jenn Glynn help my mom to open a new bank account. She was so patience and helpful.

I can’t say enough praises for the services that are offered by TD Bank North. Recently I had several changes to make with a non profit organization I am President of. Customer service representative Phillip Manzi goes above and beyond to assist customers at the Hampton branch when I needed assistance on several occasions. One of the best Banks around.

Atm cards never worked. Online locks you out. Spelled my name wrong. Worst bank ever. Nothing but headaches.

I went to cash a check written in my name. They treated my like I was a criminal or had a false check and refused to serve me. Told me I should try another TD Bank. Garbage Staff & Service.

I generally don’t like banks just because of how unethical they are. After all they were responsible for the 2008 financial crisis that cost America a lot of money and then expected to be bailed out afterwards, but that’s neither here nor there my complaint today is the fact that as a member of TD Bank I am not allowed to use their bathrooms. And normally that’s not a big deal but every now and then I really have to go and they said, no. So keep in mind that they’re happy to take your money but you’re certainly not welcome for any other business. And if this was across the board with all banks I may not complain. But it isn’t. I have an account at a credit union as well as my TD bank and the credit union doesn’t have a problem with you using their bathrooms. Just TD
