Paul, the representative we worked with, was knowledgable, attentive and caring. He listened to our needs and wants without useless attempts at pushing unwanted items. He followed up quickly and thoroughly with unfinished details. I highly recommend working with Paul.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to the North Hampton location out of convenience for help with my Verizon phones. And yet again left having to pay MORE per month then was told to me by the Salesmen. They are very good at taking in circles to confuse the consumer, making vague statements and just blatant lies when it comes to selling the product. I went in to have help getting a discount applied to my account, which would bring it down by $20.00. The salesman Josh then jumped in to say he could get us ALL new iPhone 14's for the same monthly bill I was currently paying. I asked multiple times for explanations of what my 'new' monthly costs would be, and was told my bill would be going DOWN by $2.00 a month. My bill has gone UP $65.00 per month. I have tried to contact the store & salesman directly multiple times and left detailed messages with no responses. I finally was able to go In to the store to try to figure out the issue. No resolution at all. The 3rd salesman, while very nice , just did more of the double talk, made excuses and just generally kept dodging my direct questions. i asked multiple times for him to call over Josh, who was instrumental in the initial transaction and was the one who DIRECTLY told me by monthly bill would be going DOWN by $2.00 a month, however the 3rd salesman never called him over, just kept making excuses. Kudos to the Cellar sales company for training their employees to be fraudulent and effective salesmen. If you go here, make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING! But even then, you'll still be screwed.

Selina is so amazing. Kind, caring, super knowledgeable. Detail oriented. All while being calm and efficient. I dropped a good 30 questions on her. She was thoughtful and methodical. Even wrote it all down for me; even pretty handwriting. She deserves a raise. I told her out the gate I was buying nothing in that moment. She gave some of the best customer service I have ever had. And I bought zero. Wish I could give her more than 5 starz. Real talk. Was so refreshing. I was going there for a quote and had planned on staying with the competitor. But because of how amazing this one employee is, I’m thinking about moving multiple phones and lines and lots of business. I know that doesn’t matter to most people as of late, but it matters to me, and it matters to that young lady that works there. The world could use more people like her. Someone should pass that on to her boss. :)

John Ferdinand took the time to restore my Business Account because the PIN number was missing.He phoned a Core representative and because of their efforts, I left the store with access to my account.I am extremely satisfied with his service.

I was offered a discounted upgrade to my cell phone by email from Verizon Wireless around the beginning of March 2022.I'd been with them for five plus years. My phone was over four years old, so I responded and went to the local Verizon store in North Hampton. I am 71 years old and have physical and mental disabilities.The sales person got one new phone out and began setting it up. He asked me if I owned a business, I said "yes".Without another word, he got another new phone out and began setting it up. He disconnected my existing phone. I asked him what he was doing, saying "I only want one phone". He said "your employees deserve to have new phones too."He was sweating profusely and his hands were shaking. He could not get the new phones activated. He presented me with several bills to sign, they were over $ 600. I objected and he said "don't worry about the money, you will get rebates".I asked for another salesperson, and again stated I only wanted to upgrade my one phone. The first sales person kept bringing out cases, headphones and accessories and adding them to the bill. I said "Stop!, I want everything cancelled and put back the way it was!"By then I had all the sales people in the store trying to help. They said, "you cannot back out now". I insisted, as I was extremely uncomfortable. Finally they cancelled the Orders. My existing cell phone was dead. They said it would "come back on in a while". It never did.After a half dozen phone calls to Verizon Tech support, I was able to make calls, but my voicemail never worked again.I went with another provider, Mint. After another half dozen calls to Verizon, I final got confirmation that I was getting this Fraudulent Order cancelled and the $ 630 bill was refunded.Then Verizon closed my account and sent it to Collections. My Credit Monitoring report said my Score dropped from Excellent (805) to Fair (660).I called them and asked what I had to do to remove this from my Credit Report. They said they could not do that, and demanded payment. This had been incredibly upsetting, I am looking for work, Employers routinely check credit reports, I am afraid this will hurt my chances of getting another job.Today I went back to the Verizon store to ask if I could settle my account and have the negative mark removed from my Credit. The salesperson said "It has gone to Collections, we can't do anything. I recalled Collections and they said "We don't report to Credit bureaus, you have to deal with Verizon".I was taken advantage of by Verizon/Cellular Sales, who unilaterally closed my Account, and my phone, which never worked properly after the Store visit. My Excellent credit was ruined by them sending my Account to Collections.I'm filing Complaints with the New Hampshire Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission, and the Rip Off Report.When I find an Attorney to take this matter, will file in District Court.Update: I got an answer from Cellular Sales, stating "we strive for excellence, please contact our customer Service". After two calls, and an hour on hold, I was told to call Verizon, the representative saying "there's nothing we can do"?Excellence for Cellular sales is loading up customers with hundreds of dollars in unwanted equipment, destroying their existing phones functionality, canceling their service, and blowing their Credit Scores out of the water..then denying, deflecting and rolling out a stream of lies.If you walk into this Store, they will try to work you over!Do not get taken!

We had THE BEST customer service ever experienced today with Matt Sabanin dit Choiniere in the North Hampton store after nearly 2 years of fighting with customer service over a promotional credit we never received when purchasing our phones. Matt was not only friendly and personable but extremely knowledgeable and assertive. He took the time and attention to thoroughly dig into this issue and spent time on the phone with the call center until he could confirm it was corrected . After our many attempts with the phone reps and many months of frustration, Matt was able to resolve our situation and in a short amount of time, put our minds at ease and make up for our difficulties and disappointment with Verizon. I was so impressed with Matt and his excellent customer service that I am writing my first review ever of anything. Thank you Matt!
