Gross conditions in laundry mat, to the point almost nothing works. Maintenance is non-existent.The owner of this business also owns a property cleaning service. In this other business, she hires and exploits J1 visa workers by offering them far less of a salary than any other job around the area (I confirmed $14.00/hr. I'm the summer of 2023), while working them overtime and ignoring every labor law in existence. These kids worked hard all summer, only to go home with meager earnings. This is after she joked "I call them my slaves" during a job interview. No lunches or breaks throughout the day AT ALL, while the owner never showed up to help during the busy periods. She drives a Porsche while her workers make peanuts for an hourly wage and carry the business for her.We were forced to drive vans that were not maintained and beyond unsafe. If any cleaning item broke, there was a massive refusal to fix anything broken. The owner is racist, ignorant, and does not care about her employees or her facilities. She only cares about money. She views J1 workers as slave labor and has said this out loud.Horrible. Do not apply to work here, do not use these facilities.Loon Mountain Laundry is much better of a facility.

Appreciated using this laundromat while on vacation. There was a leaking pipe in the ceiling though that would randomly start spraying the surrounding area. I also had to use the bathroom while I was there but there was no toilet paper. The laundry machines worked well.

This place is disgusting. We walked in and towels were all over the floor from a leak. The place smelled awful of mildew. We began to load up two washers. When we went to put the soap in, there was mold all over the inside of the soap dispenser. We checked several and they all had mold. Then we started looking at the machine rubber gasket between the door and the machine and it was filthy. If they don’t take care of the outside easy to clean places you know they aren’t taking care of the places we cannot see! We packed up all our clothes out and went somewhere else.

Place is open 24/7, go in early morning and you'll have the place to yourself, depending on your definition of "early," of course. The place is clean, most of the machines work, and neighborhood appears relatively safe. Cons: Needs updating -- machines have to be fed quarters...a tedious process. Some of the detergent dispensers are out of service and remain so with no plans to repair...should remove them. Overall, recommended.

Takes me back a few decades. Six bucks seems steep for a load of laundry.

The bathroom needs some work! The faucet knobs are broken and the sink is not functioning. Are we expected to put our hand in a washing machine? Maybe add a television so customers don't have to stare at a wall while their clothes are being washed/dried. Washing/drying machines work as designed. Vending machine out of order.

Bathroom sink has no faucets or soap, there's a huge puddle of water on the floor leaking from under their washers, huge ceiling tile with black mold waiting to burst. Soap dispenser didn't release my box of soap. Most machines are out of order.
