“A++ for Customer service from Bill on 7/9/2023. I needed to rent a unit for my nephew but I was in another State. Bill walked me through exactly what I needed to do online to assure the storage was available that day, and that my nephew could get access. I ran into a few online hiccups, and Bill again helped me get it done. My nephew was able to get in the unit immediately, and commented on how great Bill was in person as well. Definitely the type. If person I would want working for my Company.”
“I want to add to my review below to say I have now been a Rymes customer for several years and their service and customer responsiveness is still the Best!!! I am a relatively new customer of Rymes. And I could not be more pleased with the service and everything they do. They are extremely responsive to the individual needs of their customers. And the Service department is excellent. The company is high tech, enabling them to accommodate customers that travel away from home in the winter. When they talk to you on the phone you feel like you are their only customer and they take care of your concerns.”
“Your technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions about propane and any potential issues that I should watch for since this is my first house with propane heat. My only complaint is Amerigas does not provide a cash payment discount. Credit cards cost you money when customers use them. Prices should reflect a cash incentive.”

“Huckleberry Oil: One Christmas Miracle Coming Right UpI arrived home on Christmas eve day at noon to find my basement half flooded and the furnace motor underwater. House temperature was 38 degrees and dropping. After starting a sump pump, I left a message with Huckleberry's answering service and promptly received a call back from Jake. He was onsite within an hour and had the burner working by 4pm. Are you kidding me? Emergency service on Christmas Eve wrapped up in less than 3 hours?
