“I own a Mercedes Sprinter Van and am on a 6000 mile road trip this summer. I went to one auto/battery place in Epping who referred me to Cutting Edge. I called Al and told him that I thought I needed a new engine battery. He said come on over we’ll see if we can help you. 1 1/2hrs later I was driving away with a new engine battery (weighs 80lbs). I do have to admit it took a bit longer than I thought to get the tires in stock which required me to switch my appointment time twice, but once the tires were in, I took my car in at the scheduled appointment time and everything was smooth as silk. Tires were mounted and balanced, techs were polite to talk with, and timing was perfect. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to not deal with corporate tire prices and upselling.”
