Drove down to purchase a vehicle, brought the down payment that we were told was needed, only to get there (drove 6 Hours), for Robert to tell us, needed 300 more, (would have been fine if our bank card weren't cancelled on our way down due to someone hacking it), asked if he would go any lower on vehicle $300, refused. He got very aggravated, and told us, when you have the exact amount of money, come back . We left, and had to go back because we forgot the Cash deposit that we put down, when we asked for the money, he said what money? As if he didn't know, he instantly put that cash in his pocket just as soons we laid it on the desk! He was a very unprofessional person, and definitely will not recommend them to anyone!

1. First impression met some bald dude that doesn’t work there full-time he was a very touchy with me and my friend very much inappropriate and flirty . Made my friend veryyy uncomfortable
2.Dan seems really nice seemed Really matter of fact. told me that there shouldn’t be a problem with financing me. He looked at my history, filled out paperwork. I was very honest .He ran through my credit and I put a deposit down made me very hopeful And got me very excited. All of my day was WASTED at the shop instead of going to other auto shops.he was very adamant that he would be able to work with me
3.The financing person finally picked up after 48 hrs the and told me “He did not want to run my credit” Proceeded to tell me all of the bad things on my credit and what specifically they were.(inappropriate)he hung up in my face saying that he thought the conversation was over. I had to call him again, trying to get in touch with Dan because I was very confused. Dan asked for all the information that he already made copies of asked me to resend it and stress me out for another 48 hours.
3.❗️At the end of all of this, they told me they did not know How to send my stuff to the bank and they did not think the bank would take it so they still ended up not running my credit. they wasted my time I had a panic attack not only was he rude but I told him I live in Florida and I had to evacuate for the hurricane and I really needed a car .
‼️ITS BEEN MONTHS I haven’t received my cash down payment. They will not answer the phone. This place is not professional

It was one of the worst experiences I have had, the sales guy I dealt with Robert was far from intelligent and continuously talked over me, I picked the vehicle up after they had it inspected and a sticker on it. I then took it to my mechanic for a once over and the springs/struts were cracked both sides also the heat wasn’t coming on the floor . I called and he said that wasn’t them it’s where they got the sticker done call them I had to go back and forth and auto stop wouldn’t fix the heat said it was covered I had the car not even 30 days and again he talked over me.. I have bought cars before this and I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone! They acted like they were doing me a favor . Also kept bringing up my credit like I didn’t know . I advised him I’m sure you are not getting A plus credit here … they were the worst.

Bought the car in April- Engine Failure in September. I bought this car so I could get a job a fresh start. What a joke! Nice way to treat a nurse. Goes to show you CANNOT trust anyone. I will never buy a car again thanks to these rotten shady people. They have no idea what they have done to me and what has happened to me because of their lying and deceit. It goes way beyond just buying a car

I purchased a CX-5 on August 8 and had a good initial experience with Robert. However, 12 days later, the engine light came on. When I asked for a loaner while they fixed it, I was told no. It turned out Robert hadn’t submitted my service contract either and would do it “when he feels like it.” When I pressed for answers, he called me an “a-hole, and a jerk.” I was calm the whole time and never raised my voice except to ask Robert to stop talking over me.
While Robert did apologize later, my trust is lost. This experience really highlights why so many people dread buying a used car.
If you would like to add more stress and anxiety to your life this is the place for you... if not, keep on looking.

I will never buy from them again, it will be the first and last time I buy from them, we were honest people with them, and they were super dishonest people, they treat people badly and just want to make money, we bought a Mazda, we had a 1 month warranty on the car , but the air conditioning in the car was bad, we went there several times, and we also called to fix our air conditioning, they fixed it, but after 2 days it was bad again, we spent 1 week and a half without a car, because they said they needed one new compressor for the car, after 1 week and a half we went to pick up the car, on the first day everything was fine, on the second it was bad again, and making a strange noise, then we discovered that the compressor they put in was an old compressor! Don't buy from this place, they are deceivers, liars and dishonest people!!!

Scott and the team were very accommodating throughout the purchasing process. Had a small issue arise a few weeks after purchasing the car, and they worked around my schedule to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Excellent communication and customer service!

When shopping for a car the 1st thing i usually do is go online. Went to see a car I liked but unfortunately it wasnt available anymore. That didnt stop Robert from going above and beyond to better our shopping experience. Hands down the best guy i've met while buying a car. Robert is a very honest person and there wasn't a single time he was not available to answer any of my questions. The entire process was very easy, and he made it even easier! Financing was very simple and he walked us through every step of the way. I deffinately would recommmend this place to friends and family. I will absolutely consider this dealership for my next purchase!

Has to be the worst car-buying experience ever. If you purchase here don't expect to actually get the car until about a month later. The entire process felt shady and I seemed like I was getting scammed. After I purchased the car, the salesman kept making excuses for why I couldn't come to pick it up. He would say it should only be another day or two, then I would ask again after that time had passed and he would give me another reason why I couldn't pick up! It was honestly crazy, never buy here.
