“I've been utilizing Neighborhood Parcel for shipping and shredding for the past few years. The customer service is really helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant, and they always do their utmost to suit the customer's expectations. In all the years I've done business with them, I've never had a problem. I really recommend paying them a visit if you need assistance with shipping, shredding, or notaries.”
“Had a legal document I needed to get notarized that required 2 witness signatures. Went in unsure how to do that. Besides the notary, there were 2 other employees (Thomas & Evan) there who agreed to be the witnesses. In and out in 5 minutes, document finalized with notary and signatures.”
“Used their digital fingerprint service after I got an appointment via Printscan. Staff was knowledgeable and the system was clean with dummy proof instructions. Quite happy they offer this service, just wish it was further north. Two hour drive one way. Worth it though.”
“I go to this store for the usual items it's usually well-stocked and easy to navigate. Today I visited for passport photos and shipping and it was terrific. Everyone was so helpful, with a special shout-out to Molly and Ritchie for their assistance, plus my photographer.”
“Mixed up and technologically challenged, I had to ask for help from an attendant at Staples. I needed to print some important documents. I had a 'code', but somehow things kept getting mixed up and just could not get these papers printed! When I asked the young man for help, he came over, explained the one mistake I made (not sure that was true), but with a smile on his face, he magically made the 12 pages of documents appear! He was kind and I learned just what needed to be done for the next time. Not as difficult as I thought , and I think I might be able to do it on my own next time. I'm happy and a bit smarter..”
“I used staples.com to upload a print to be enlarged into a poster. I did all of this with ease as the website clearly navigated me through each step. And when I went to pick it up it was also with ease and the clerk showed me my product to make sure it was what I ordered and to see if I was happy with how it came out. Thank you again!”

“This is an excellent UPS store based on my experience. Lauren tries to keep everything moving even when the line is long. She personally packed up 40 pieces of antique stemware that I had to send out and made sure it was safe and sound. I have also used the notary here and they are very patient and helpful. 5 Stars!”

“I just wanna give a big shout out to Shane Burleigh and Derrick Hewitt and the team at this Estes terminal. We had recently worked with a new customer who was experiencing downtime from machinery failures, who had to expedite one of the machines for repair. After that machine was fixed, the back up machine needed to be repaired and we needed to get it picked up quickly, and I worked through Derrick and Shane to promptly get a regular service pick up made and moving. The reason for the five stars is not because of the quick follow up, which was greatly appreciated, but rather the professionalism and how Shane just went about his business getting it done for us. Estes is a core carrier of ours not because of their pricing but because of their people. Derrick has always been Available, caring and consistent and I’ve yet to work with an Estes Operations person who doesn’t care. I’ve been in this business a long time, and I compliment go first to Rob Estes whom I met several times early in my career and what he’s built with his family, but most importantly to the great people that work for this company. Thank you from all of us at New Light! ??❤️?”

“I enjoy going to this location... I was new to the area and the desk attendant Bob was very kind and welcoming. He always has such an energetic personality that almost allows you to forget anything else that's wrong with your day. Overtime his demeanor has been unwavering. He genuinely is kind and I always look forward to his exuberance when I come to this location. Jim is also kind and often has candy. Overall I would recommend this location most importantly because they also pick up their phone which saves you a trip if you can have you a question clarified over the phone. I just hope their Self Service/P.O Box portion was 24 hours like some or opened later”
