The service received from Sean and Jackson was outstanding. I usually compare buying a new cell phone to buying a new car with it being a long and tedious process. My purchase of a new iPhone with a new Verizon was so easy at the Pelham store. The most time-consuming process was the transfer of data from my old cell phone to the new one and during that time, at Jackson's suggestion, I ran some errands I had planned for the day. I returned to the store about an hour later and my phone ready. With a quick and successful test call, I was on my way. It was a test-study in customer-centric service and I would recommend this store to anyone.

Danny V. at the Verizon Store on Bridge Street in Pelham NH is fantastic. The BEST customer service I have received in a long time. I will keep coming to this location just because of the positive experience he gave me.

Went here because the Mall store had way too many customers and way too few associates. Walked into this store and I was the only customer there, instant service. And the the service was outstanding! Worked with Ken to switch over to Verizon because their coverage is better. He was super knowledgeable about the products and services. If your time is important to you. Bypass the mall and go here.

This was my go to Verizon store. Unfortunately, my last visit did not end well. They lied about the bill, the plan and promotions. I ended up with an enormous bill and had to fix everything over the phone through Verizon. I do not recommend this store. I feel that the two employees that “helped” us actually scammed us.

I was having a problem with my bill for over 3 months and customer service was no help I called Ken in Pelham N.H. and he helped me right explained my bill to me and helped me get it down 60 dollars. Do not call customer service ever just go tnto the Pelham store. Thank you again Ken.

Be careful while signing up for phones and watches that have protections plans. I was never told about an optional warranty. I was signed up for a warranty on a phone and watch that costed me approx. 50$. Make sure that you are aware of optional charges that they will automatically/accidentally sign you up for without your permission. They will not refund you nor give you any kind of credit. Better off taking your business to the corporate store.
