“I broke down today and I called them to see if they had an alternator in stock and I spoke to KC and explained to him that I'm a homeless disabled veteran and my car is my livelihood and I have no where to do the work so woulld it be alright if I had my vehicle towed there and fixed it in the parking lot and he said that was totally fine. I got there and bought the alternator and borrowed tools so many times from them that I could tell it was starting to annoy them, regardless, they treated me really kindly and I won't forget it. KC busted out the jump pack for me and got me on my way! Thank you KC and the whole Advance Auto Parts team in Jaffery, NH!”

“I can’t express enough how much I recommend using Cliffs Auto Body! The attention to detail from the owner and his very qualified staff give. I had a front end collision and brought my truck there. They did things they didn’t have to and came back better than before the accident. I had worked at a dealership in Keene in the service department for 7 years and seen the workmanship from many Keene area body shops and hands down Cliffs blows the quality out of the park. Best area body shop period. Paint and body work, the end process of cleaning the interior when they are done (nobody else does this) it just a nice final touch.
