Decent experience, i feel like they are a little over priced considering that they did our taxes in about 20 minutes while we were in the plaza. Still, they saved us a little more money than i could figure out doing the taxes myself. They give you a big packet which is useful i guess for doing next years taxes... Seem pretty disorganized and scattered when i have gone here and i have had a lot of trouble getting through on the phone. If you are a Karen looking for someone to answer 10,000 questions about your taxes and why this and that definitely not the place for you, if you are looking for someone to do your taxes quick because the tax refund you are getting on your own doesn't seem high enough probably a better fit.
