“I went to your store in Peterborough to get some personal supplies using my Martin's Point card. The counter person, Spencer, was wonderful. The card had encountered some difficulties processing (has happened before but he knew it had to be entered in a different way.Some very rude woman came flying out of nowhere and informed me that my purchase was not covered by my card. I told her that was not the case since I had this happen before. She did everything except call me a liar. I offered to go home and get my previous receipt to show her. She seemed to agree. Spencer knew what he was doing and said it had to be entered a different way and proceeded with the sale. The extremely rude woman was NOT Olga, who is a lovely person. The woman who involved herself in my sale was shorter and stocky. She embarrassed me as there were other people in line. Spencer should be commended for keeping his composure and completing my sale. If I ever come to your store and see that wicked woman behind the counter I will leave and make my purchase elsewhere.”

I got a call in the morning on my way to her doctors appointment that they had to cancel due to her new primary care doctor having an emergency and could not see her. I asked if there was absolutely anyway that I could be squeezed in for my normal time due to what my daughter was being seen for. They were able to see us even with a different provider. Dr. Smith was so nurturing, caring, informative, and willing to do anything to help my daughter. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had experience with. I am so happy that I changed from Pediatrics to this practice. I feel so heard, and feel that my daughter actually meant something to her doctor.
