Too bad there is not a 0 star rating... Fraudulent charges they allowed on my account led to debit card being cancelled and I had to wait for said fraud charges to clear before I could dispute them... Went in for replacement card and was told I need to show them my cell phone??? Made me wait for 10 minutes while being treated as if I was a criminal when they allowed fraud on my account... Jaffrey branch was as bad or worse, so I stopped in the New Ipswich branch, and it was awesome... Friendly helpful people over there... I'll go out of my way to go there... If not for them I would be changing banks... I still might anyway... This is the 2nd time in 2 years they have allowed fraud attacks on my account...

Plenty of great banks and credit unions in town so why bother when they treat people like animals. The whole layout of the bank is inconvenient especially for entering and exiting the bank. Try Peoples or GFA 1/2 a mile away.

5 STARS for tellers Sarah who was so nice on the phone setting up appointment at drive through window so my husband who is on oxygen and myself to get our important papers signed by their Notary Public Kyle who was just as gracious, professional and helpful. We have been TD Bank customers since 2005 and are very grateful to Sarah and Kyle for being there for us especially during this Pandemic. Thanks again for your service at the Peterborough, NH TD Bank branch.

The people who work here are nice, but TD bank is a terrible bank. Deposited a check said $100 was good to use on my ATM slip but it wasnt and when I called to ask why the customer service person was rude. Just opened the account but Im switching within a week of opening because the corporate people are rude.

This branch is horrible. They tellers are slow, uneducated, and incapable of performing the simplest of tasks. There is a woman named Claudia that works there, she is an absolute crook. She will trick you out of your money and lie right to your face with a smile. I cannot believe she still is employed there. Please, steer clear for your pocket's sake.

The tellers are very slow. They do not care if the drive thru is full they waist time and make people waiteven longer.
